Honeslty just hate citibank so much this citi bank need three people to listen to a story and no attention to new guest and i get the rude miserable man customer service non existent

Citibank DOES NOT CARE about its clients. They can make a mistake and correct without a problem. But when its the customer, even a 25 year one, they JUST DO NOT CARE. Can't wait to change to Chase or BOA. Beware of Citibank and its useless customer service.
