They were knowledgeable about their products and guided me straight to what I was looking for.The store was well-organized, making it easy to browse through their extensive selection. Despite it being a busy day, I didn't feel rushed or ignored. The staff ensured I got the right size and even offered insights into how to best care for the sneakers to keep them looking fresh.Checkout was a breeze, and the overall atmosphere in the store was very positive. “I shop at Macy’s in Smith Haven Mall pretty often, and overall it’s a solid place to find good quality clothes and accessories. The store is clean, well-organized, and the staff is usually helpful when I need something. My only complaint is that some items feel a bit on the expensive side, especially compared to other stores. Still, I usually end up finding what I need, and the quality makes it worth it most of the time.”

“Shopped in Primark Smithaven Mall for the first time today. Now, I’m no shopper but this was a great experience. The prices are great and there were plenty of fashion forward choices for men. I don’t understand the complaints about needing to have the original receipt for returns. As an older person I guess I’m used to that and don’t see what the big deal is. Need to see how the clothing holds up over time but with everything so expensive these days I was shocked as to how affordable things were there. The store was bright, neat and well stocked. Can’t wait to go back.”

Veronica spent over two hours with me, patiently helping me try styles I normally wouldn’t consider, offering honest feedback, encouragement, and nonstop support. She went far beyond what her job requires, never rushing me and making sure I truly felt comfortable in every option. Her kindness, patience, and positive energy completely changed what could have been a stressful experience into a really empowering one.
