“Kate recreated my mother’s 30 year old wedding gown into the most beautiful bridal shower dress for me and the most beautiful flower girl dress for my niece. Both of these pieces were made with so much love and patience and I am so beyond grateful. Everything was so perfect and exceeded any expectations I had. Kate is so kind and achieved my dream of wearing my mom’s wedding dress and having it be part of my special day”
“I walked into the store (Smith Haven Mall) and was greeted by a person who said hello and welcomed me. Two seconds lady a woman came over to help me . (amazing now a days)I explained that I needed a jacket for a trip to Ireland. She then called another associate over because she was more knowledgable about raincoats. Her name was Stephanie and not only did she "know her raincoats" she listened to my needs and had some immediate choices. She had just been there herself and it was lovely speaking with her. She helped me pick the perfect jacket! The cashiers were even very friendly. I now also have an LLBEAN credit card. It is so rare now a days to get such personal service. You have a great store with some wonderful associates, especially Stephanie.”
“My niece and I went here on a nice little shopping spree for her birthday. Every single person helped us in the store and made her time here so enjoyable! “I cannot say enough good things about this store. I wanted to place a large order and Frankie was absolutely amazing. He took care of everything and explained in detail everything that was going to be delivered. Whilst I was in the store I watched him interact with customers and he really is such an asset to the company. There was a blonde manager (can’t remember her name) there too who was also amazing. I just went back to exchange some sizes, I was worried because Frankie wasn’t there but Nadia helped me and she was so nice and helpful. I teach Pilates and coach gymnastics and have wore Lululemon for a long time, I love the Athleta clothing and just how nice and helpful the staff are in this store I will definitely be returning as a regular customer.”
“Felicia was extremely helpful! We were giving up and walking out the door before she stopped us to offer assistance and literally took over our shopping experience. “Beautiful boutique with a lot of cute things. I was shopping for my best friend's birthday and was able to pick up few things. The girls working at the boutique are so sweet, friendly and bubbly. Such a pleasant experience! I ended up with more things that I have initially planned to buy just because they pointed out to awesome necklaces, earrings and bracelets. I will surely be back again!”

“Shopped in Primark Smithaven Mall for the first time today. Now, I’m no shopper but this was a great experience. The prices are great and there were plenty of fashion forward choices for men. I don’t understand the complaints about needing to have the original receipt for returns. As an older person I guess I’m used to that and don’t see what the big deal is. Need to see how the clothing holds up over time but with everything so expensive these days I was shocked as to how affordable things were there. The store was bright, neat and well stocked. Can’t wait to go back.”
“Large selection, but sizes tend to run small and they don't stock a lot of larger sizes in general. Prices are pretty fair and they have a lot of interesting things, but unfortunately really only for smaller girls. If that's you go for it because they do have some nice stuff”
“I had an absolutely incredible experience at American Eagle thanks to Veronica. I came in feeling unsure about shopping for jeans and left feeling confident, comfortable, and genuinely good about myself and that is entirely because of her.
Veronica spent over two hours with me, patiently helping me try styles I normally wouldn’t consider, offering honest feedback, encouragement, and nonstop support. She went far beyond what her job requires, never rushing me and making sure I truly felt comfortable in every option. Her kindness, patience, and positive energy completely changed what could have been a stressful experience into a really empowering one.
Customer service like this is rare. Veronica didn’t just help me find 6 pairs of jeans, in store and online she helped me feel more at ease and more comfortable with myself. American Eagle is lucky to have her, and I will absolutely be back because of the experience she provided.”
“My wife loves this store, so I buy all of her jeans from here, the sales are really good.my only problem is they have taken the chairs out and I have no place to sit when she's shopping, can you please bri g the chairs back for us guys please?
