“Every time I go to Stage 1 I am met with a friendly, yet business-like member of the service staff. Intake is always highly efficient and considerate of my time. The work has always been perfect and done in a timely fashion. The whole operation is friendly, efficient, highly professional and very fair.”
“My son and I were on US 87-N a few miles south of the Kingston, NY exit when the tire pressure light illuminated on the dash. We made some panicked phone calls to garages in the area and eventually were referred to Van Kleeck’s. We made it there just before the tire went flat. We were headed to Hanover New Hampshire to drop him off at college the next morning, and we were desperate to get back on the road. The staff at Van Kleeck’s was incredibly helpful, understanding, and responsive to our needs (indeed, everyone was, but here’s a special shout out to John, who performed the repair so quickly for us). Within an hour, Van Kleeck’s had assessed the problem and repaired the tire and had us back on our way, along with very helpful instructions about a shortcut for getting back on 87. Thanks Van Kleeck’s!”
“Warren did an amazing job on the repairs I needed done. My vehicle was so close too being totaled out but he managed too save it. I almost lost hope when he described the amount of damage but wow he did a great job. My vehicle looks brand new…. In the front anyway (where the damage was done. I’m sure if I went back for other minor repairs he would have no issue fixing them and have it done in a timely manner. Highly recommend going here if you have some body work that needs attention.”
“Jerrime is a kind, honest person who happens to be a great mechanic. He’s also one of the last masters for working on Saabs, though his knowledge goes far beyond just Swedish cars.
If you value strong communication and attention to detail, then this is the right shop for you.”

“We love our new GMC Terrain! I’ve wanted a white one for a while now and Pat knew that. He made sure to let us know a white 2027 came on the lot this week and we were able to bring our beauty home yesterday! Pat took his time throughout the whole process and helped me with learning the whole computer software in this car as well! Pat, Mike, Joe and the rest of the Romeo Chevy team are top notch and made this purchase possible. Thanks to all of you for your kindness, patience, and professionalism! 🤍”
