“Macy's in Lake Grove N. Y has amazing customer service employees. I went in to return something that I had purchased for my granddaughter that she is not going to wear and I did not have the receipt the gentleman behind the counter asked me if I knew which card I had put it on and I told him and he was able to look it up and credit me the amount of the item otherwise I would have lost money on it cuz it was less expensive at that point I thank them so very much and I was so extremely happy Macy's you have my business you are wonderful thank you”

“I love this store! I'm new to 5 below, so didn't know what to expect before going in, but jeez! Everything is so cute and fun! Of course, the prices are great! I love the candy section! They have a pretty big selection! They also have cute seasonal things and even a small witchy section! I got some graphic tees and some candy! The cashier was very nice as well! Over all, it's a very cute store and definitely worth checking out!”
“Elena at the east Setauket Sephora in this Kohls gave me by far the best product experience I've ever had.She reccomended a product cleanser, serum, moisturizers that yruly helped me and I have yet to have a product breakout since. “Usually when I go I always have to buy the floor model because they never have what I want in stock. (My fault I guess or bad timing) they deliver and set up and they are awesome who I used last time for my king size bed. Very helpful when they bring the furniture to the car to load it up if you can’t afford the delivery and set up and I always give a tip. :)”

“TJ Maxx hasn't changed much over the years. There's something nicely predictable about it. They have some decent brands around the peripheral. There's a section now that resembles homegoods that has a larger selection of specialty non-perishable foods and seasonal housewares. Staff push an online survey which is an odd and somewhat uncomfortable experience.”
“Just to say.... BABABOOM place for shopping. Very affordable ? saving a lot when you shop at Burlington stores. The varieties of items are awesome. For your home decor to anything you may need for your kitchen, bathrooms , and everything else, Burlington is the place! The clothes are so affordable ( brand names for affordable price). Burlington also has crazy weird ? ( just like me) awesome snacks! You will not be found in other stores at affordable prices. The service is excellent. The staff is always there to assist you in anything you may need in your shopping experience ? I recommend 100% Burlington at this location. Sending like always positive energy all around. “This was my first time coming to the store, so I'm a Big Lots fan, I'm not originally from this area so, I was in luck, so many selections and stocked ? ...but chileee This cashier there was ?'s, she made me feel uncomfortable and I was with my baby as well. She talked so loudly about people's kids stealing and how she will hit them if she catches them... She had the audacity to say if she says hello to a child and they don't respond she will hit/yell at them. Needless to say... She was a little off her rocker smh... I will return but get your employees in check because it's best to be Quiet sometimes Especially in the Morning.”
“As a target fanatic I would by far this is one of the best targets on long island (besides Commack location). This target is always clean, it's one of the only targets that still offers pizza hut-- Always great parking, very convent location. I go out of my way to go to this target even though there are closer locations. I would recommend!”

“TJ Maxx has been a great store I shop thereWhen you give a gift, you’re very proud of TJ Maxx, gift cardI didn’t find a lot of baby blankets which I use to and TJ Maxx in Commack on Indian head RoadI went to the new one Stop & Shop I believe that’s still Commack. I went to go talk to the sales girl and she ignored me. She just went past me like she couldn’t hear. I don’t know what that was about.I like my Community, TJ Maxx. It’s very nice and there’s a lot of lovely things in there.Florida has a great TJ Maxx that I miss in Tradition Florida. I’ll go there when I visit.Another one is in Riviera Beach with my daughter and I visited a great TJ MaxxOK that’s about it. I hope that explains to everyone how I feel anyway but it’s always clean and there prices are very reasonable and even have sales on things so it’s appreciated Elizabeth customer.TJ Maxx”

“I love Home Goods I got a gift card and had to go spend it. I couldn't wait the amazing prices they have are out of this world. I did not expect to find so many things that I wanted to purchase. The only negative thing that I could possibly say is the lines were very long and they weren't enough cashiers but I highly recommended shopping Home Goods they have everything. I will be back.”
“Spacious store with appropriate temperature and music while shopping. The changing rooms are smartly placed and there are plenty of options to choose from when it comes to updating your wardrobe. The service was nice, efficient and helpful. I just wish the store would be cleaned/tidied up more often as it appeared a little flustered overall due to the shoppers misplacing items etc.”
“This place is full of varieties but i was not able to find any jackets , i needed to buy them but they say as it is not the season they are not available, apart from that they have a good collection of purses, shoes, dresses and other accessories. There is a parking facility here.”

“I can't seem to find the "up&up" (target) brand kitty litter any longer... I hope thay bring it back soon. Update: now they are almost done re-arranging the store... more to come. UPDATE: It is still difficult to find certain items that they USED to carry... especially some of the store brand staples that I relied on. I would Still rather shop here though.”
“Went to make a return. Place was busy as to be expected after Christmas. Return went ok. Asked for a price check on an item and the person said "I don't have time for this right now". I guess the look on my face changed their mind pretty quickly, and they realized what they said and immediately changed their tune. No other issues than that one.”

“I like our local TJ Maxx.It typically well stocked with various items. From cloths, pet, child , face and body , home decor, etc...Staff is helpful when not over run at peak time ( ie holiday,etc) . They can't be ever where but they due a good job at it.I know from going there at different times. The workers due attempt to keep the store clean an orderly. An unpack stock as fast as they can to get boxs off the floor. Still you may see some staff can only process so fast.That said it can be an up hill battle for staff on super busy days. So as a consumer please make an effort to put back as found and not drop it else were.Funny how customers can complain about a messy store yet don't see how its there fellow customers creating the mess.TJ Max has been a favorite place for me for handbags, pets stuff ( though I wish they carried abit more for Larger size dogs , other TJMax store due. I know this could be space or store code carry issue ), home goods - although they have really good holidays home goods you have to be fast ! As it disappears quickly !So Homegoods is another big favorite for me .Now the down sideHomegoods amount of product- sometimes you can only find so many of an item an then you have find it in another store or way. This is abit frustrating with curtains, table decor when you want a match set of a certain number.Bathrooms - on busy day I have had to ask for bathroom clean up and toilet paper. I understand staff limits on holidays, peak times.Staff can't be everywhere so Customers if you see a problem in the bathroom tell the staff !This happen at Christmas time for me , the personal at the cashier told some one an toilet paper got refilled .”
“I was given a survey on a receipt for me to fill out after going to Sephora at this Kohls. Unfortunately, I lost the receipt so I couldn't leave my review. But I did want to say that my experience was exceptional. I was just browsing through make up as I never really buy makeup products unless they're from a drugstore. Gina helped me and actually went above and beyond. Seriously such a nice individual. She gave me tips, matched my skin tone (which I've never gotten correct before), and helped me purchase other products. I couldn't help myself and went back today to make some other purchases. Sad for my wallet, but veryyy happy to continue going back here. Thank you Gina!! Be back soon!”

“I'm a dollar tree fanatic and I've been to them all over. While this isn't the biggest one I've been to this is by FAR the most organized and neat. Usually dollar tree employees are nasty (no idea why that's just been my experience), and I didn't find that here in fact it was the opposite, they were polite and kind. I bumped into another woman who said, "I can't believe how neat this dollar tree is!", so I know this is a common thought. They have a great selection. I'm so glad I live so close to it because I go here for every holiday and party I have to decorate for.”
