While she was helping other customers in my presence i was amazed with how she solved every issue with ease and was very knowledgable. She was offering to help the customers even after hours if they needed. She is a huge asset to public storage and i will be back to rent the unit from her. I wish i could give her more stars. Ive had a few units over the years at other locations and was always treated sub par.”

“Signing up was a breeze. I got my storage area 5x10 online. Recieved code immediately and it was ready instantly I never had to talk with anyone. Only concerning thing was one of the nearby storage doors were damaged exposing someone's items. Probably broken by someone pushing a hand truck. I'm curious how fast they move to repair it.”

“This is a family owned business, which I fully support. The owner, Charlie Sr., and the family have gone above and beyond to help me and my sister solve an issue, for us. They are empathetic and compassionate towards people. They dropped everything and scheduled to help us move my sister’s stuff from storage to her new apartment.
