“Visiting Ashley at the Lancaster Kohl's Sephora is a must. She is so knowledgeable with the products and listens to your concerns. She makes several different suggestions and provides samples. My daughter was experiencing excema around her mouth. Her doctor prescribed hydrocortisone cream to use sparingly and see a dermatologist. I was in Sephora for myself and had a conversation with Ashley. She told me what products to use for inflammation and dryness as well as moisture. She gave me two samples. Within 48 hours my daughter was completely clear! Went back and purchased those items. No need for a dermatologist! We are using a more natural healing approach instead of creams that may thin her skin! I recently had an issue with my own skin and went to visit her again. Once again, she did not fail me. My issue also has resolved! Great knowledge of the products she's selling as well as remedies for what myself and daughter were experiencing. I have had such luck at this location. She is definitely an asset to Sephora. I will definitely be back and I will also recommend people to go in and ask for her!”

Helping me get stuff high up some stuff I couldn't even reach, the second guy his name was James so polite and pleasant, and he sold me a table, they were both so pleasant and polite, it looks like i'll be doing all my business there, Minhaz asked me if I need help to put the stuff in the car, you have two great employees, went to give him a tip, and he said that's not necessary. “Love their pizza after they made that transition... what was it... a year? two? ago? Seems like a year but is probably way longer. I appreciate the sizes considering I'm usually ordering just for myself and the small is PERFECT. Staff is always friendly and helpful and I think it's nice (albeit embarrassinig given it must indicate how frequent I go) they know my order by heart, lol. If you're looking for something different try: crust, olive oil base, ricotta, shredded mozz and light broccoli. Divine!”

“For over a couple of years now, I generally have not stepped foot in a grocery store ... I LOVE THE PICK-UP! I was picking up at Walmart on Transit in Williamsville/Clarence for most of that time, which is the most convenient location for me. But a few months ago they abruptly stopped pick-up services due to staffing shortages. This would not do, as I do a grocery pickup for our family of four nearly every week. So I quickly reset my online cart to this Transit Depew location, which thankfully has never had an interruption in their pick-up service. Once I started coming to this Walmart for grocery pick-up, even though it is a little farther of a drive for me, I haven't stopped. The quality of the pick-up service here is far better than the Transit Williamsville/Clarence service. The staff is much friendlier, and they take an extra minute to put your items more carefully in bags (if you bring your own bags), compared to the other Walmart that at times would ignore my bags and just chuck things in haphazardly. Sure, it isn't perfect bagging here, they are still on a timer, but it is at least adequate and very friendly. Plus they are more careful with leak'ables, bagging any cleaning products or other bottles in plastic first. Also, I never have to wait very long here for my pick-up order to come out, versus the other Walmart I had to wait over and hour a few times! Here my order is usually out in ten minutes or less from the time I check-in, on occasion a bit longer, but never over an hour wait. And overall I think this Walmart has a better variety of the kinds of products my family uses. We are all vegetarian, some vegan, some keto, and I think the plant-based and keto products here are more abundant than at the other store. It has been great trying new things, many of which have become regulars now in my pickup shopping repertoire here. And, like any Walmart, you really can't beat the prices on a lot of things. As grocery prices go up-up-up, yes, sadly Walmart's prices have gone up too. But comparatively to other grocery stores, Walmart generally still has everyone beat. So for the convenience and the savings, I will continue to regularly use this Walmart's pick-up service indefinitely. It is a really wonderful service for our busy fam', thanks so much for offering this FREE and FANTASTIC pick-up perk to your shoppers!”

“This Walmart is easy to check out in, BUT it is getting more customers than planned on. The parking lot is always full and sometimes there are empty spaces on the shelves where there shouldn't be. Walmart needs to plan for this to expand in the next few years as this store is seeing more people than it was meant to when first built. Moving the pick-up areas to the side of the store would help alleviate some of the parking issues, though not all.”
