They have a large selection of everything and the Christmas items are plentiful. The only thing I hate is the tight parking but love they still bag items for you at no charge. Love this store”
“I had an excellent experience shopping at Macy’s in Walden Galleria, Cheektowaga. This is one of the nicest Macy’s locations I’ve visited, with a great selection of clothing, shoes, fragrances, home goods, and accessories all under one roof. Whether you’re shopping for everyday essentials or something more upscale, there’s a wide variety of brands and styles to choose from.
The store was clean, bright, and well organized, making it easy to browse without feeling overwhelmed. Displays were attractive, fitting rooms were tidy, and the overall shopping environment was welcoming and comfortable.
What really made the visit stand out was the customer service. The staff were friendly, professional, and happy to assist with finding sizes, answering questions, and explaining the latest promotions. I never felt rushed, and everyone I interacted with seemed genuinely interested in providing a positive shopping experience.
The sales and promotions offered excellent value, especially when combined with Macy’s discounts. I was able to find several high-quality items at prices that were much better than expected, making the trip well worth it.
If you’re shopping in the Buffalo area, I highly recommend stopping by this Macy’s. It offers a great combination of selection, quality, competitive pricing, and outstanding customer service. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit to Walden Galleria.”

“I absolutely LOVE this place. Oftentimes I find myself in need of a swift kick out the door. I spend so much but gain enormously. If I spent what I do anywhere else, I'd be walking out with 1 outfit. Here, that turns into 4-5-6 outfits. Your money goes a long way here, AND with name brands as well. But definitely make sure to try on those questionable sizes, because if you're a 36 waist normally, ya may find yourself fitting into a 32 waist here. You have to search, because that gem of clothing may be hiding in a place it shouldn't be. Quality Work(skilled labor) clothes for sure. All at fractions of normal prices. I literally have to kick myself out of here. But I leave begrudgingly satisfied and Happy. You will wonder why you shop anywhere else after stepping inside this store.”
“As a Canadian who’s never been here before it’s like an awesome discounted winners! Super cool stuff tons of shopping can be done here with hours and hours of shopping, the only recommendation I can make is for your staff to be more welcoming and friendly at checkouts eh!”

“This place is nicer than the Canadian ones! May 7/15- skipping school to come here for the day is always worth it! Grade 6 best memory was definitely coming across the border and living! My family with my uncle came and I got chocolate!

“I don't know what's happening with this store!!! All of a sudden, over the last month, the place is clean!! Like cleaner than I've ever seen it in all the years I've lived over here. It almost looks like someone who cares is actually running the place!! New workers? New manager? I don't know what it is, but keep it up!! It's awesome”

“Was at this store on 5/4 around 6pm and it was very busy. Patty was very friendly, helpful and quick. She helped me find safety pins that I was searching everywhere for after a long day. After getting in line The line did start to grow a bit because Patty was calling over the loudspeaker for a supervisor or manager named Katelyn. She had to call a few times because she didn’t show up. Most of us customers were really patient and it was okay but what came next shocked us the most. The woman named Katelyn busted from the left yelling very loudly something along the lines why are you bothering me what do you need so badly??? Patty let her know it was for a return and only she could do it. I as a customer felt so bad for Patty as she should not be treated that way, Katelyn literally yelled crossed the store as she was running looking all bothered and upset. Myself and at lest 3 other customers expressed our concerns about how that behavior was unnecessary and that Patty was doing a fantastic job. Patty was amazing and kept her cool and just doing her job with a smile on her face! We need more people like Patty!!”
“It's a Family Dollar - you get what you expect. However the employees are always kind to me when I go in and the new remodel is very nice. I think having a security guard would benefit other shoppers and the employees. The employees aren't paid enough to deal with sometimes dangerous people coming in and stealing.”

“I go here all the time because of the prices and they have a lot of things that I always need, and it's close to my house. This is the cleanest and neatest Family Dollar store I've ever been to, but it's still a difficult shopping experience. Forget trying to shop with a shopping cart because you can't make it down half of the aisles because they're clogged with so much stuff and they are so narrow. Also, many times they have only one cashier with an extremely long line at the checkout. But what do you want at these prices? To me it's worth going there just for the convenience and prices.”
“A+ for convenience, they have most the everyday stuff you need often, with a WAY simpler and easier experience than a supermarket.
B-for orderliness. They're a bit of a mess in there with the stocking schedule and the boxes/crates sitting around unstocked. But I rely heavily on Fam dollar for getting by so I give them a pass. The staff in there are mostly cool, one guy shares good recipe ideas with me. There was one girl that was so nasty and rude I walked out once. But I don't see her anymore so maybe that's done with.”
“I like Target for the selection although the prices are on the high side. But the quality reflects it. The grocery section is something I have not previously used but I have picked up a few things there recently. I wouldn't make it my one stop for groceries due to higher prices but they do have a decent selection for getting a few items if I am there for other reasons.”

“Kohl's is the only place I will shop for clothes for the last 10 years I was just there three days ago and bought a new shirt they have high quality clothing for a very cheap price the shirts that I buy are 31 and any other store they'd be 60 My stretch jeans less than $40 very pleasant folks there and very very clean I thoroughly enjoy the feeling I get just pulling into the place. I have added a couple of pictures long sleeves short sleeves same style shirt outstanding prices service and outstanding clothing thank you Kohl's”
