“The staff at this store have always been nice, cheerful, and pleasant to engage with. However, this week they went above and beyond when a package said it was ready for pick up but wasn’t yet at the store. They took the time to help troubleshoot, found the solution, and went the extra mile to call me with an update as soon as the package arrived. Plus, they remembered who I was (which doesn’t always happen in these kinds of situations).”

“I went in to the Getzville Post Office last month to get a passport picture taken and send my completed application. They couldn't have been more helpful. They saw that I had signed the application in blue ink instead of black and gave me a new form. They took multiple pictures and included more than one with the application to be sure that at least one was acceptable. They had pre-addressed envelopes.
I explained that I needed it in about ten weeks and they told me that I didn't need to pay extra to expedite it. I received my new passport in 17 DAYS. Thanks for the help!”
“Friendly, fast, efficient service! My transaction was completed quickly and was less expensive than I expected. I shipped a ten pound package by ground and was told it would be delivered from NY to GA in 3 days. My package was delivered, as instructed, and in good shape. Excellent experience at the UPS Store in Orchard Park.”

“This is my favorite post office! The staff have been helpful every time I visited. I like the long flexible hours which means I can send mails and packages at a time when other post offices are closed. This is very useful especially on weekends. Never had any issues going there.”
“I am an Amazon seller and visit many UPS stores to drop off my boxes. This store is the BEST! They’re always fast and friendly. In addition, I went in last week to get some irreplaceable documents laminated. The person that helped me did a perfect job and was so kind, even thought it was difficult because two of the docs was odd sizes. He worked me with to do it just how I wanted. I’ve been using this store for years, and even though I moved and live further away, this will always be my go to store”

“Quick and easy unlike NYC where I used to live. Buffalo is much calmer. Just a heads up, they do close for a period of time during lunch hours. It's funny how things are reversed here. As a New Yorker, we'd go out on our lunch break to mail out packages. Also, there is no kiosk system here.”
“Today I received an early Christmas gift from the USPS on Como Park blvd. I want to thank a gentleman named Gary who sorted though a truck load of pkgs to find my package. It was medicine that my cat desperately needed but was delayed at the shippers point, due to their incompetence. I was supposed to have this med by Tuesday the latest and here it is Thursday with a delivery date of Friday afternoon. Thank you Gary, another day could have caused my cat her life. You are truly amazing.”

“Went to process a large shipment for my employer today and found Emily being almost too helpful with a disabled older customer. She went to great lengths to guide her safely out of the store and back to her car, then was the consummate professional helping me process a large shipment going to multiple addresses. The rest of the staff supported her by handling the volume of customers while I dominated Emily’s time for about an hour. Could not recommend more highly!”
