“While grabbing my son from camp I noticed a chunk of my tire missing. It was a bit after 4 and I remember passing Mavis regularly on my way into work. I drove over a bit after 4:00 without an appointment and figured worst case I would need to go back the next day. One look at my tire and it was deemed unsafe (figured that) and I was told they would replace it. I felt terrible for these guys it was HOT and they weren't able to get to my car till around 6:00 (closing time). My only issue was I was told the new tire had to be moved to the back and was given an explanation making it sound like a safety issue. When I returned home I noticed the new tire was in the front replacing the damaged tire. I called my mechanic in the morning and he said it's fine since the car is an AWD. I am greatful they took my car as I watched them tell others they had to schedule an appointment. I was also greatful when the gentleman at the counter heard my son complain about reception and help him out with wifi. I would 100% go back.”

I’ve been to 4 other shops and practically ran out out of there for a number of reasons “none were good and scared the hell out of me!”I decided to call Giacomo Service station and the owner picked up on the 2nd ring. A very friendly voice said hello “Angelo”..I explained to Angelo what I was looking to do with my Rav4.He said come up to the shop, let’s look at what you want done and he and I can decide if I want the work done and if he wanted to take the job, not many shops I know of have ever lifted a RAV4 in the metro area.
