“We hit a large wooden object in the middle of the road on 95 North and ended up with 2 flat tires. There were 11 cars in total which requiring towing services. We were lucky to get Vincent Services as our company. The driver dropped us off at a local hotel as it was 10:00 pm on a Sunday night. The next day Vincent located the tires for us, we waited in their shop for the tires to arrive and they promptly mounted them and had us on our way. They assisted us in getting something to eat and were extremely pleasant.”

“I needed to have my car inspected (check engine light on) and made the mistake of taking it to the dealer. They charged me $500To run a diagnostic!! The estimate came to $6k. I was beside myself. I went to Doug’s Foreign car service. He knew immediately what needed to be done and fixed the problem for a few hundred. He is such a NiceStandup, honest, reliable guy who knows what he is doing. I would recommend him and his team to everyone.”

“This is in response to the review by Boss K, since I can't respond directly to reviews I am writing this for others to see. . The gentleman that left us a low review brought us his vehicle, and wanted to have it repaired as cheaply as possible. The parts that he needed for his vehicle were unfortunately on backorder at the time of repair. We cannot control parts manufacturing, or parts inventory. We try to accommodate our customers wants and needs, especially when it comes to their budgets. I'm sorry that he had a bad experience with us. But, I can assure you, as stated in the review, his bad experience was based solely on Parts availability, causing a delay in repairs. As far as quality of his repair is concerned, the rest of our other reviews speak for themselves. We happily accommodate our customers and do our best to stay within their budgets. If a customer is on a budget, and expresses that to us, we do what we can to repair the vehicle properly while staying in their budget. Sometimes that means making changes to the way we normally operate in order to help the customer that's on a budget. Not only do we strive to deliver excellent quality in a timely manner, but we also strive to create long lasting relationships within an outside of our community.”

“Thank goodness for Independent Tire Service Inc!! They REALLY saved the day. We were headed for a camping trip in our pickup truck towing an RV on the NY thruway when we got a flat. We barely made it to a nearby Mavis tire shop only to hear that there was no way they could fix the tire because the truck was too big for the lift among other challenges. They recommended we call Independent Tire Service Inc. Thank goodness we did, they were so nice, came right away and got us back on the road. If you have a big rig or are pulling an RV through New York or even just driving a car and find yourself in a jam, definitely give them a call!! They are the best!”

“This location suppose to provide loaners for customers while the vehicle is being service and staying over nights, but i been to this location several times and no Loaner was available for the Mrs. For the RAV4 and now the Corolla , can’t do errands without a car . But they will send a driver to drop and pick you up. My driver for the last 3 times was Bryan, he a friendly and polite guy. He’s sociable so the drive doesn’t feel boring. The associate is Patrick, he will keep the customers up today on what happening with the vehicle and what needs to be done.”
