“I want to recognize Jake, the manager, and Glory at the Mavis location in Larchmont for their outstanding customer service.
After experiencing an issue with poorly aligned tires at another Mavis location, Jake and Glory were incredibly attentive and professional. They took the time to understand the situation, addressed the problem, and made sure the wheels were properly aligned and everything was resolved.
I appreciated how seriously they took the issue and how helpful they were throughout the process. Their professionalism and commitment to making things right made a real difference.
I highly recommend the Larchmont Mavis location, and especially Jake and Glory, for their excellent customer service!

“Was able to mount and balance all 4 of my custom tires on my Tesla Model 3 ahead of schedule. I drove slowly for 4 miles with a flat to get here! lol. Initially I was going to Mavis but had a recommendation to go here instead at a mechanic shop I stopped at earlier (they were full but very nice looking).

“I’ve been looking to have a custom lift installed for 6 months now. I’ve been to 4 other shops and practically ran out out of there for a number of reasons “none were good and scared the hell out of me!”I decided to call Giacomo Service station and the owner picked up on the 2nd ring. A very friendly voice said hello “Angelo”..I explained to Angelo what I was looking to do with my Rav4.He said come up to the shop, let’s look at what you want done and he and I can decide if I want the work done and if he wanted to take the job, not many shops I know of have ever lifted a RAV4 in the metro area. I went the next day and immediately a pone meeting Angelo I felt super comfortable, no pressure, and super confident he was the one to do this job!He took his time with me, talking about the job, he looked at all the Manuals and took inventory of parts I had to make sure all was 100%He then took me to his shop and showed me around “NO ONE HAS EVER DONE THAT!”Very clean, very organized, all modern equipment and in orderly!I’ll shorten things up a bit, he not only installed my lift Professionally, he installed all my off road tires, did a precision high speed balance of precision drive force alignment and handed me back my car without a scratch, and a job done perfectly beyond what I actually expected!And the price was very reasonable for all the labor involved!Angelo, I can’t thank you enough, I’m a super stoked, super happy customer!And a new customer for as long as you serving cars, SUV’s, trucks....Thanks again!James”

“My car cracked 75k miles and needed a general inspection + an inspection on belts/chains and fuel injectors which i was suspected was causing some sluggish acceleration. All the other shops in the area were either closed or slammed but Rob took me same day, and within hours had the car serviced.
