“Their name was given to me by the responsible party's insurance company and being newer to The Bronx I took a shot with them and I am glad I did. They had the car repair like new and faster than they said they would. They even detailed the car inside and out. They did change my license plate holder to theirs (even in the front - my damages was rear tail gate only) so that slightly bothered me. But the after market license plate holders I had purchased and installed were in my cargo area (unlike another review for them I read) thus only 4-1/2 stars instead of 5. I would highly recommend them for any body work you need done.”

“We hit a large wooden object in the middle of the road on 95 North and ended up with 2 flat tires. There were 11 cars in total which requiring towing services. We were lucky to get Vincent Services as our company. The driver dropped us off at a local hotel as it was 10:00 pm on a Sunday night. The next day Vincent located the tires for us, we waited in their shop for the tires to arrive and they promptly mounted them and had us on our way. They assisted us in getting something to eat and were extremely pleasant.”

“Honest, reliable, quick - we could not have had a better experience! These guys are the best. We brought our 10 year old Subaru Forester into the Subaru Stamford dealership for a rattling noise and we were quoted 11K to repair a "mechanical failure" with the engine. Thank god we brought it to Red's for a second opinion. Joe Jr. squeezed us in to be seen right away and upon arriving did a quick check of our engine oil to discover that there was literally no oil. Can you believe this is how Subaru Stamford returned our car to us?! Especially after we paid them $700 for a synthetic oil change/tune up less than four months prior... Upon further inspection, Red's determined that aside from not having oil it in the engine was running fine. When we picked our car up - Joe Sr. took the time to show us how to check the oil and top it off ourselves. Everyone from Joe Sr., Joe Jr., to Benito at the front desk was awesome, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. We will absolutely be returning with all of our automotive needs.”

Price was very fair.When it was determined the car would need more service, they scheduled a tow at a time that was convenient for me later in the day. When the tow truck came, the driver was able to resolve my issue so that I could safely drive the car to the shop myself. Despite coming out in the snow, he decided not to charge me since I didn't need the tow after all. “I brought my 2009 Pilot for a new transmission - I knew my current transmission would have to be completely replaced. The initial price I received was a bit high - but also fair IF quality work was done.It has now been about 6 months - my car runs amazing - their work is truly quality - with quality parts.A couple of other pearls: 1. The price ended up being lower than the initial quote and 2: they not only put in a new transmission, but they also fixed my brake lights, tires pressures and replaced all my fluids (including a synthetic oil change) - there is still no "lights" going off - which is amazing - not even a tire light. If you want quality work at a descent price - this is it. He's not the cheapest but the prices are very fair - yet I still feel like I got a good deal due to the quality of work.”
