I was discouraged by the attitude and approaches of sales persons in some stores including yours and/or the limited sales options of some. I last visited your co-op city store and was welcomed by Mr. Roberto Binas whose professional courteous approach encouraged me to ask questions and tried out mattresses. His knowledge and expertise was evident in the manner in which he answered all my questions without insulting my intelligence as others in other stores had. He was also not pushy and proposed options in my decision making process . His patience allowed me to make a final decision and I was particularly very pleased to communicate with a Latine person and switch back and forth between Eng/Span/ Spanglish, which demonstrated his cultural competence/ sensitivity. Purchasing a mattress is like no other purchase , I applaud Mr. Bines skillset and his relaxed respectful professionalism”

“I had a great experience shopping here when I first moved to the area. Helpful staff, great product and super fast delivery. The showroom is small but they were in stock on several great options and we were able to schedule delivery for the day of our move. On that day, I panicked and thought I had ordered the wrong size mattress and they agreed to switch it out at no cost. Luckily that wasn't necessary but I mention it to say that these are really nice people. Highly recommend!”

“i went to fbys in yonkers on central ave to pick up plenty as in large picnic table 2times , a bunch of chairs including 4 lounge chairs , 4 outdoor side tables and whatever the pretty sales gal was able to sell me .most items were on sale and the quality looks sturdy which i cant say about the old patio furniture that will go in the garbage truck. the styles are cool and chic and its easy to move around if needed .everything was delivered on date promised and all pieces came via ups the same day with assembly a snap .i recommend you spend a bit more for durable outdoor furniture and accessories cause getting cheaper patio furniture will cost you more in the long run.”

“In preparation for a move, my family decided to finally let go of several pieces of furniture. Since the furniture was all in good condition and several pieces were solid wood, not the particle board or MDF furniture that is ubiquitous these days, I wanted to donate more thoughtfully and not just take the pieces to one of the bigger thrift stores. Furniture Share House fit the bill. I had heard about this organization. It gives the furniture to families in need. I made an appointment for their van to pick up my pieces. They came in a timely manner and loaded everything. A $50 donation is suggested to cover the cost to pick up and you get a tax donation form. All good!”
