“My favorite local post office. Usually not too busy, I go here a lot. I like it better than downtown because there is a parking lot and (usually) shorter lines. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is small but it's very convenient for anyone in the Lansingburgh area.”
“Only had an issue at this place once around the holiday season with a woman I didn't recognize, but otherwise every experience and employee I've interacted with here is always wonderful. The lines can be long but the staff are all either super helpful, upbeat, or both which brightens my day. I wish I knew their names but there are two dudes that're always there and they truly kick ass. Thank you for your awesome customer service!”

“Today we visited this USPS location to renew passports. My son, who is autistic, was very talkative and had difficulty staying quiet. The gentleman who processed our application recognized his needs and was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout the process.
In addition, a lady whose name starts with C thoughtfully gave my son a coloring book, which meant a lot to us. Thanks to their understanding and kindness, we left feeling very happy and satisfied with the service.”
“I really have nothing bad to say about this post office, even if I tried, which I think many people do, just because of the stigma the phrase "US Post Office" is commonly associated with. I get it. I've been to plenty Post Offices in my life to feel the same. This place, however, really is different, and special. Why? Well, maybe for me because it is hidden in a popular strip mall just minutes from my work. That means not only can I take care of postal stuff quickly at lunch, I can also grab a bite and still be in time for my 1:00pm meeting. Also, I don't know if it is because of the location, or that people just don't mail stuff any more these days, but there is hardly ever a line.It is a tiny spot, not like the Post Offices in Down Town Albany, but it still has everything, and the Postal Workers at the counter are always pleasant. My favorite thing about this post office, is that they are open Saturday until 5pm. That is always nice when I need to take care of some mailings on the weekend. You won't find many other post offices open all day Saturday, which leads me to believe many more people appreciate and use this location. And, like I said, if going on a Saturday, I always pick a nice place to eat in the plaza, which has many.”
“Patient, accommodating and friendly staff, particularly John. I had 3 priority mail packages to send and I was with my 2 year old so I was already anxious coming in. I prepared all packages at home and prefilled the customs forms (like I usually do) to make processing at the counter “easier and quick”. I’ve always had unpleasant experiences at the post office (Jessup, Maryland) when sending 2 or more packages and had in the past been told to call ahead to make an appointment due to the number of packages I had to send which was 2-4. These particular packages needed to be sent today and I was nervous coming in without an appointment and I had my 2 year old. I was first greeted by a lovely staff member whose name I wish I got. At the counter, John was warm, friendly, accommodating and more importantly, patient with me and my daughter. I can’t thank him enough. USPS at the Nott St location provided the best customer service experience and have gained a regular customer.”
“I visited this post office recently. It was in the afternoon, the weather was beautiful, and I just had to write this review due to the incredible customer service I received. Sue was extremely helpful, kind and went out of her way to answer my questions and help me understand what I needed to get my packages delivered. Personally I would not be happy if I were stuck inside on such a nice day but she had such a gracious demeanor while going about helping customers that I wanted to leave a review. Hossain who was working with her was also helpful and I am so thankful for their hard work. I am also thankful for the extended hours at this location (open Saturdays late and also on Sundays), which they make possible, and hope they are not taken for granted, and that they get recognized for what they do.”

“Such a difference from when this location was staffed by 2 of the most rudest people ever to wander into the area of customer service. I work near there and when those two women (now retired, thankfully) manned the window, I boycotted the place because of their attitudes. However, the new staff is nothing short of friendly, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. In fact, they are one of the better post offices in the area now based on the staff. For those wondering where to find it, follow directions on the concourse to the Corning Tower. It’s on the right, before you get to the tower.”
“Judith was very professional helping us with our passports on 4/29 in the afternoon. Unfortunately- she had to babysit entitled, rude people during our transaction that felt their inability to read, wait in line and follow simple instructions needed to be everyone's problem but their own. To the young punk in the Adams Heating and Cooling t-shirt, please do the world a favor and grow up. If i was a person that had feelings, I would feel bad that your mother didn't hold you enough when you were a baby but I'm not that guy. Great job Judith!!”
“was surprised to see such low rating so decided to share some feedback. Went on a Friday morning to mail some certified mail. A young gentlement was at the counter, filled out the form for me, added return address, and did the whole thing super efficiently. Usually I had to fill all those out myself and wait in-line. Not sure about negative reviews but this was one of the best and most efficient visit to USPS. 5 star for sure.”

“I ship with the Waterford post office pretty frequently as I run a decently high volume ebay store, and its the closest location to my work. I have nothing but amazing things to say about everyone who works there. From the Supervisor, Simon, right down through the rest of the staff. They have been nothing but helpful and accommodating with helping me run my small side business and figuring out a couple challenges I have faced. I'm sure working at the post office can be a very thankless job. Never applauded for the millions of packages that make it on time and always blamed for the mishaps. But i would just like to say THANK YOU to everyone who works there. I really appreciate your commitment to customer service, and will continue to use your location as long as I'm in this area. Thanks again for everything, Jeff.”
“Went in yesterday to ship my gifts for operation Santa. The woman at the counter ( I didn’t catch her name) was incredibly patient and helpful despite being unfamiliar with the process. This was one of the best post office experiences I’ve had anywhere.”

“This was one of the most awe-inspiring post offices I have ever been to. The service was absolutely exquisite. I could never ask for a better office to put mail in my box ( my post man is has very muscular legs ) his calves make me drool every time I see him. His legs are comparable to that of a Roman god. After preparing it, they double checked all the details and quickly sealed it, making it ready to send. I was truly amazed by how efficiently the whole process was completed.
Also, I really liked their collection of gift cards and greeting cards.”
