“DSW shopping was fine. I wish their staff didn't call out, especially around this hectic holiday season. Because some of the customers appeared uneasy, having to wait on line for a long period of time. The manager and her team were doing their best to speed up the process. My feedback.The manager could improve in her delivery when addressing customers. While I understand it was overwhelming dealing with so many different personalities. She should have never allowed anyone to take her out of character. The manager could have been diplomatic with accepting the customer's apology. She instead rudely deflected and shut down the customer from finishing his apology. Not nice at all. The manager must lead by example, especially when her staff was watching her.Anyhow, I like DSW Shoes because of its comfortability. I will keep going to DSW.”

“I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers. One were for a special event. I paid $40 for express shipping to arrive at least a week before the event. The shoes ended up coming within the "free shipping" window but it is the holidays. The shoes arrived and the pair I needed was wrong. I contacted customer service and was fortunate enough to have Marianne assist me! While I was frustrated as it's a difficult time in life, she remained professional, courtesy and apologetic at all times regardless of my frustrations! While I was not able to find the shoes in time, She got the correct shoes sent out and also sent a good faith gesture for my troubles! She single handily changed my view on the company and turned a grumpy customer happy again! Thank you Marianne and I look forward to purchasing again in the near future!”

“This is the place to go if you need a men's suit. I live in Brooklyn but went there because of excellent yelp reviews. Beautiful and kind Dina and the manager Joe were compassionate and so helpful to me and my son this morning. We are still in shock and grief about my father's sudden passing away. Dina was so sweet, even asking my budget along the way because she wanted to make sure I get good clothes and not over spend. She gave me style advice but followed all my wishes. Joe personally checked my son's suit and shoes even though he didn't have to. They rushed the tailor to fix my son's pant to make it more comfortable. I couldn't come back in the afternoon so they had the pant tailored very fast while I waited. The manager waived the tailoring rush fee and Dina worked hard to make sure I got every discount they could give. I prayed and called the store before getting there, asking if anyone could help me as I had a long list of different things to get and a funeral for my dad. Dina had picked up the phone and promised to help. She started helping me as soon as we arrived and very patiently helped me all the way until we left. She even figured out my father's size with the little measurements and details I was able to give her. Joe was kind, friendly, and helpful to my son, I appreciated that. He made sure my son got the right size shoes. The tailor also took our hurry seriously and was kind to tailor my son's pant as soon as possible. There was absolutely no sales pressure to get anything other than what I said I needed to get and no pressure to buy certain brands or certain items. I am thankful to God for people like Dina and Joe who show compassion, consideration, and respect to anyone who walks into their store, especially to us who are grieving. Even the gentleman who stands outside front with racks of casual clothing on sale was kind. I read a previous review where someone said the manager was rude to the employees. If they were talking about Joe, he acts gruff but is actually very friendly. He jokes around once in a while with the employees, nothing horrible or harrassing or anything like that. I could not have even dreamed that there was a store like this where strangers are treated so kindly and not pressured into anything. Thank you to Dina and Joe, absolute angels. God bless you!!!”
