I decided to try exchanging them for a smaller size and spoke with associate Karen about my situation. She was incredibly helpful and approved a one-time exchange without any hassle.
DSW has a huge variety of shoe styles for any occasion, and finding the right loafers isn’t always easy - but Karen made it effortless. I’ve always shopped at DSW, and now I’m even more loyal.

“I received my order very quickly, and the representatives answered all of my questions. I was nervous about the authenticity of my shoes, but they seem real and in good condition. My only concern is the fact that when my shoes arrived I found multiple strands of human hair on them. I wasn’t very happy about that.”

I like to see how they look etc. I called the Redwing store. In Westbury ny. On old country road. The sales Associate Sal. Was very nice on the phone. I asked him if he had the two sizes I was looking for. He said yes. So I went to the store. He welcomed me in and he showed me the boots. I said let’s do it. He measured me. And we came out with the 11. My left foot is a little longer. And the boot fit so well. I went out wearing them. I asked about the Care he knew what I needed. And I also said I own 1907 Moc toes.
He had the cleaner for that boot also. I give a 10 for professional service. A”

“Great store for big guys, I'm a Xtra large but I can wear a 2 x ,this is definitely a good store for any man who wants to feel comfortable in some roomy clothing. The store is clean and spacious, the young lady that works there was nice and helpful. Plus the store is connected to five below , chucky cheese, Burlington. Cool spot I would definitely go back there in the future.”
