Perfect color, in great condition, and though the size was a bit snug they are real leather so it will stretch out a bit. Shipping was really fast as well, I got them within a week. No nonsense, convenient hours, quick turnaround time--I've brought so many different things to this guy and always gotten them back good as new (loafers, suede, waterproof, complete sole reconstruction). One of my favorite pumps got ruined by a puppy who chewed through the stacked wooden heel to the metal core, and he redid it so well I had to ask which shoe was the one he fixed.”

The Gentleman was on the floor name Emilio was very helpful, he assisted us to get the correct size and patiently asked if we need more help, he also went to check inventory as well to make sure we get the product we need. The cashiers were also very respectful, they did an easy exchange for us. overall it was a pleasant experience. i really recommend this place for shoe shopping. I went looking for a small purse, but ended up inquiring about at least 15 pair of shoes. She was pleasant, patient, attentive, and very personable.
