I initially thought the whole sole needed to be replaced but he was honest and said only the heel needed repair. Very reasonable pricing and excellent turn around time. I picked my boots up today and couldn’t be happier with the results - they were cleaned up, polished, sealed, and now they look brand new! Owner is personable and clearly cares about his craft. “Customer service sucks here! To be honest, the only helpful person here was the gentleman with the glasses. His name starts with a R - that’s all I remember and he was VERY patient with me with my purchase. He’s probably the only one that should run that store because he was extremely helpful. The store doesn’t need the rest of them. I only gave 4 stars just for him.

“I had just come from another shoe store down the street (JD) and their sales person was terrible. I then went into foot locker and had a completely opposite experience.
