“had a great experience. Arrived at 1:45pm. They were able to schedule me for an appt at 3:15. Done in less than 2 hours. Less than $600 to replace all 4 tires. They were short staffed but still completed in a reasonable time and everyone was very nice and professional”
“Not sure if it’s a New York Costco rule, but the pump here doesn’t take the physical card. You have to use the digital one on your phone. Other than that, no line when I went and the whole process was quick and easy.”
“A few months ago It was my first time buying glasses from Costco and I loved everything about my purchase especially a young man named manny. He was very nice to my mother and I, he answered all of our questions and was so kind, patient and funny!
Just a few minutes ago we went back to get our glasses tightened and my mom wasn’t feeling to well so he let her take a seat then he went and got her a water bottle and made sure she was feeling better and asked if she needed anything else before leaving! “Yesterday was my first time coming to costco for anything. I went in for my cats insulin. Bryan was very kind and helpful, and the staff filled my order pretty quickly.”
“I live much closer to the Rego Park Costco, but always make the drive to this Westbury location. I'm a weekend shopper so it is always packed when I go, but the store is well laid out and the checkout line moves fast. Parking is free, but it is sometimes difficult to find a spot on the weekends which is not unexpected. They have a good selection of products and I have never left without getting what I had on my shopping list. My parents love that they carry some Chinese items like Chinese sausage and oyster sauce (much cheaper than our local supermarkets). My only wish is that Costco would have a gas station location in Queens/ Long Island like they have in NJ and other states.”

“Reliable, if hectic at times. Excellent and attentive pharmacists and techs, but pls be patient as popularity comes with too high demand and wait times. Reminder that pharmacies operate under numerous rigid governmental mandates and rules and this Costco pharmacy is no exception, so remember to bring your patience (and ideally a good disposition). Understandable that some other customers are irritable and impatient, but not helpful to resolve problems with your prescription, and not enjoyable theatrics to the other customers patiently waiting in line.
Check their current hours, and best tip is avoid going one hour or less before closing. Note mandated lunch break. They have always accepted my valid GoodRx coupons when my drug insurance has not covered all my scripts. I have always had good and professional experiences when I remember to bring patience and good disposition.”

“Costco seems to design stores to meet the needs of the neighborhood. This was the first Costco I have been to located in a mall. Parking is a bit of a challenge, and not to you have to pay for parking. The store was clean, the staff were professional and answered any questions/inquires I had while shopping. This was a different experience for me, but still got the same Costco service and choices.
I highly recommend it.”

“This a bjs where you will get stuff done however I reccomend the college point bjs as parking at Skyview is tight. However it's not the worse. As bjs go it's bjs. This is a big one with tons of aisles products and good prices. It's worth the membership with the mkonety you save. However be ware that checking out can lengthy”

“For truck drivers delivering to this store: Pedro greeted me at the dock and was ready to unload my trailer right away even though I was three hours early for my appointment which was at noon. He was as pleased as I to get unloaded early - and he did so quickly! Pedro is stellar!
Traffic was heavy getting here per usual, but the store location is easy enough to maneuver through. Pull into the parking lot and travel around the building from the right-hand side and you’ll see the docks once you are all the way around back.”
“I love the prices but I don't like that it is hard to get around that store, even if I come early. There are people to navigate through and motorized pallet cars that come at you when the employees are trying to stock an item. It is also difficult to find an employee to help you. For help you have to go to the register and have them call someone. The prices can be tricky as they might have multiple items that say the same thing but only one particular one is on sale.”

“This was on a Sunday. Arrived at 0830. Have 1700 appt. Every Costco is a little different but all are willing to unload in the morning. Not this one. Told to come back at noon. I did. Different person this time. First person left for the day. This person took my number. Said we can unload you before your appt, will call. Called me at 1650, 10 minutes before appt time. Second person gone for day. Third person was super cool. His name is Artholy. He unloaded my trailer of 23 pallets under 20 minutes. Had sign bol in hand by 1730. Whatever your appointment time is do not check in more than an hour before. They do have a bathroom. When getting unloaded ypu have to sit by the receivers desk. You can take a break in parking lot but beware there is a NYSDOT Inspection Site in parking lot.”
