“Needed a new battery. I was under the weather and very miserable. Meaghan greeted me and we picked the proper product.
I needed help with installation. I am not a mechanic but have done my own batteries for decades.
Meaghan was honest and said she wasn't the resident battery installer.
She grabbed the tool kit, battery and wheeled them out. After a shaky start and with a quik youtube video, we managed to spend a Friday night replacing my battery.
My day went from %$#@& to happy.
She went overboard to assist me.

Now... AZ has a huge opportunity here. Training at store level to give your associates the confidence they need to serve your customers needs to be better.
And, why not start some diy classes?
Batteries, light bulbs and other small repairs could be turned into classes. Think like the Home Depot DIY workshops.

“The new location is great! The store is better stocked, well lit and organized. The new staff are friendly and I had a much better experience with the new store under new management than I did with the old. I used to go clear to Batavia for parts because I didnt feel like dealing with the local store which often wouldn't have what I needed anyways and the gentlemen behind the counter were often rude and condescending. Now I foresee using this location more often.”

“Very responsive. When I called to find out the process for my son to empty his car the guy I spoke to was super helpful and very respectful when my son arrived on site. Made it a point to move the car outside as he knew my son would get there after hours. Great customer service!!!”
