“Soully Created is a really cute store. Their sign says that they sell healing crystals, but I must keep looking them over. I guess I'm too distracted by their other goodies. Soully Created is more of a fashion boutique. Lewiston is filled with cute boutiques! Soully Created's dresses are nice. They're frilly and unique - perfect for college age girls or younger. They also have a lot of purses and belts. I usually only buy fine jewelry, but Soully Created has some lovely pieces. I really like this resin bracelet I bought that reminds me of a corsage. So if you see something you like at Soully Created, you better buy it now because someone else might scoop it up instead!”

“I went in there to find my little girl some cloths for school, having had no previous experience with this brand I was blown away. The lady working in the store was so extremely helpful that my child even willing tried on about a dozen pair of pants! “I desperately needed a couple of gifts and arrived to the store at 8:45pm. The store hours say that they are open until 9:00pm but the majority of stores in this mall were already closed up early. Against All Odds was still open so I ran in and had the best experience!! A sales associate who’s name was Mary went above and beyond to help me find the perfect gifts!! She did not make me feel rushed at all. It was actually a little past 9:00pm when I cashed out Which I felt terrible about. She was so nice and helpful though and never gave me the faintest idea it was 9:04pm. I’m so grateful and I will definitely be a repeat customer!! Such a great first experience at their store!!”

“Cheaper gas, yes, on this Tuscarora land, and cheaper cigarettes. I visit about twice a month for both. I used to pick up some deli items, but in these covid times the deli has been closed. It is open again, but only for a few specific sandwiches. And I usually visit the Overstock Store while there, but discovered this week that their hours are now only 9 A.M. to 6 P.M. Wednesday through Saturday. I will adjust my visits accordingly, because I never know what I might find there. In the past I have bought a comforter for my bed, curtains for a kitchen window, a set of glasses, and a few empty cigar boxes. I've been tempted by some automotive products, and an occasional stool or plant stand. Just have to find out for yourself if there is a deal waiting with your name on it. The trading post also has clothing and jewelry and other gift possibilities, many leather goods. And chocolate. There is also a small Native art museum. But it also looked darkened as was the Overstock store. Possibly it is open same days and hours as Overstock. Free to explore when it is open.”
“This week I dropped in to Ardenes to browse in the store. It was spacious and well stocked. Suddenly I saw an item that I knew would delight my daughters and granddaughter. The store is spacious, bright, and very well laid out, which makes browsing easy and enjoyable—especially compared to some outlet locations that feel cramped or chaotic. Sections are clearly organized (men, women, kids, basics, and seasonal items), and it was easy to move around without feeling overwhelmed. Even with a decent amount of foot traffic, the store didn’t feel messy or disorganized.
What really stood out was the variety and value. There was a great mix of everyday basics, casual wear, and trend-forward pieces, all at outlet pricing that actually felt worth it. I found several quality items that were significantly cheaper than regular mall locations, and the selection didn’t feel picked over or limited. Sizes were well stocked, which is not always the case at outlets.
The staff were also a pleasant surprise—friendly, approachable, and efficient. No one was pushy, but when I had a question, help was easy to find. Checkout was smooth and quick, and the line moved efficiently, which I really appreciated after a long day of shopping.
Overall, this H&M location strikes a great balance between good pricing, strong selection, and a clean, well-managed store. If you’re visiting the Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls, this is absolutely a stop worth making—whether you’re looking for basics, seasonal updates, or just a few good deals that don’t feel like compromises.
