He helped me choose a new phone, I told him what I was looking for l, he went through options with me and compared them to what I was getting now, and was never pushy, which I really appreciate. I then couldn't get the phone activated because I thought I knew what I was doing (I didn't!). Vijay helped me sort it out fast, with no issues. Despite being further from my home I called the Deer Park store. They answered the phone and said they could take a look. Later that evening they called me to let me know what the issue was. The Manager was very nice and informative. He told me the cost of the repair. The part and repair costs were a little more than I expected but it made sense based on the age/model of the device. There was no pressure to fix it and even suggested buying a new one would be cheaper. I still got it repaired and it works great now. The whole time they kept me in the loop and up to date on the status since parts needed to be ordered. Professional business every step of the way. Thanks again for all the help.”

“I needed a cable for my old high end Sennheiser HD600 headphones which Sennheiser won’t do anymore. I was looking at a specialty shop in Utah that fixes only headphones. I sent him a message, he replied with the reasonable final cost and estimated day the cable would arrive. I let him do the job and glad I did. He kept me informed when the cable would arrive and called me that night, job finished ready to pick up. An honest businessman who does good work quickly when it’s possible. If not I’m sure he will tell you the truth about what can and.can’t be done. What more can you ask?”
