He was very nice, helpful & understanding. He went above & beyond & was very knowledgeable. So appreciative, thank you!! In addition to above. I had to return 5 months later as my phone would not show home screen or go on unless I got a call or notification. The on/off/restart button wouldn't work & My screen was blank. Went to see Matt after trying to Google & fix it myself. In less than 5 min he magically did his thing. The rep at the front desk gave it back to me & said it was a software issue. I didn't get his name but he was so nice & helpful too! Thanks again Matt for saving the day!!! Highly recommend Matt at Deer Park location. THANK YOU!!!!”

Maria was so patient and knowledgeable with everything from choosing the best phones for my kids, to which discounts I should be using to get the best plan prices. She took care of everything that day and helped me with any questions I had after I received the phones and began setting them up. She worked with me over the phone and then again when I returned to the store for some assistance. She really is the sweetest and I keep telling people how easy she made everything. Thanks Maria!”
