“Decided to try out the two week trial. I’m currently on week one and I’ve been taking my classes with Saro so far and it’s been amazing. I feel like I’m working out my whole body but also getting help when I need it. Very attentive and helpful, you aren’t just left to do whatever, but there’s a structure and the coach is around constantly helping. The front desk was wonderful, sweet and explained everything. Great place to exercise and great people that work there!”

“I've been to several OTF locations, including out of state, and I've never had a bad experience, but this particular location is special. The SA's are always lovely and the coaches here are great. Alyssa, Nikki, Robyn and Shaina are my favorites. They are motivating without being overbearing. I'm still a beginner and can't physically do all of the movements on the floor or hit all of the recommended speeds or inclines on the tread (YET!) and I find the coaches to be encouraging without making me feel ashamed or self conscious. In just the few months that I've been consistently showing up, I see so much improvement in my strength and endurance, but more importantly, maybe, is the improvement in my mental health. If you're thinking about coming for a class and are afraid, don't be. I let so much time pass because I didn't think I could do it. Don't be like me. The first class is free, come give it a try.”

“This location is very clean, they offer supplies needed for members, plus their cleaning staff. The desk and staff are very nice and professional! Especially Sammi, Bobbi, and Ryan, and really everyone. The parking area for members is good and plenty of street parking also. This is an awesome location! You have to meet their amazing Trainer Bobbi! He has showed me workouts that really helped me lose weight and gain muscle.”

The workouts are quick and easy to fit into your schedule. If I need more of a challenge, Paola and Ray offer modifications to scale up (or down!) and encourage you to go at your own pace. These classes have helped me get into a workout routine and connect with other women in the neighborhood. I've been really happy here!”

“EDIT: I haven't been attending classes in maybe over a month, consistently. Which, is OK! Everyone's life journey is different. LET ME TELL YOU. Just, keep going and never give up on the exercises! Even when your body is shaking, keep GOING. My latest class REALLY opened up my hip flexors-and it was great! (From the kicking)From 11 months ago:I had gone to my first class yesterday, and it was so exciting! The fact that this place exists in the Bronx is such a blessing. Upon walking in, I was greeted by Ms. Debbie. she was super kind and friendly! My instructor yesterday was Marcy. With her class for today, we HIIT the bag. I've never had the opportunity to consistently hit a punching bag several times in a row!! And, wow, yesterday's workout made me sweat like I've never done before! Hitting the bag consistently really has to do with endurance. The whole experience was super exiliarating and I already want to go back! We did a few ab exercises also, and a light stretch at the end.There are SO many punching bags! I like that there is also other workout equipment in the rear of the gym. Perfect for the variety of different classes they offer. A great asset to this community.”

“I’ve been a member for almost two years now. I joined because I was getting bored at my gym and the classes weren’t doing it for me anymore. I love it here because everyone is high energy and the classes are difficult so I feel good after I’m done. It’s nice to not have to think after work and have a coach tell me what to do instead. Staff is great and everything is very clean and well managed. It’s on the pricier side but if you have the means I highly recommend joining.”
