“What I liked- the convenience, the atmosphere and I loved that there was a nightlight in the bathroom. What I didn’t like- no bedside lamp and not having tables on both sides of the bed. Where’s the other person going to put their glasses and drink?

Noteworthy details: Has two level two chargers with 2 plugs each.”

“Friendly service and staff; easy to work with, treated my out of state family very well, 5-10 minutes from the airport depending on weather with shuttle service. Regarding shuttle service; remember planing and patience. Across the street from Tulley's if you need a good place to eat, drink, and relax.”

“Very pleasant and friendly staff. Bless her heart, the woman responsible for making the breakfast was so sweet but was working with broken equipment and we were eating faster than she could make things. I hope she gets her oven fixed soon ”

“The rooms were very comfortable, nice and clean. The service was very good as well. The hotel itself is conveniently located next to many dining and shopping areas.”

“Day 2 Edit: The manager moved us to another room and it was definitely much cleaner and nicer. The refrigerator was large and worked well. The manager brought us a hair dryer for the room. He was very apologetic and took responsibility for the issues. He also offered a discount for the inconvenience. If the manager continues to be involved and focuses on his customers like he did in our situation, the hotel will continue to improve and be successful.

Day 1: This is by far one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. We arrived around 7 PM. The first thing we noticed was that the room was dirty. There were bugs in the corners, floors were sticky, the bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in quite a while under the sink, tile falling off and we found dirt and a small piece of metal in the bed. Then, no refrigerator. We were here for a ball tournament so a refrigerator is important. We thought we'd just deal with not having the refrigerator but when getting ready in the morning there was no hair dryer. I went to the front desk and asked for one, they said they would bring one to me. Waited 20 minutes and went to the desk again. They said they didn't any and many hotels do not provide hair dryers. They were only in their suite rooms...what? I asked to be moved to another room. Of course they said nothing was available currently but they would have a room when we got back later that day. I asked for the manager to call me when he got in at 9...of course no call. He happened to be there when we got back and after continuing to speak to an employee for 15 minutes knowing we were waiting to speak with him, he finally addressed us. We asked him why he hadn't called. He said he didn't get the message. We asked to be moved but again no rooms were available. He basically threw his employee under the bus and did not take any responsibility at all. He was rude and arrogant saying that many hotels don't have hair dryers. He said he would have a refrigerator, hair dryer, and room cleaned by noon. We have stayed in Best Western's before and have been very satisfied. This manager needs a lesson or two in Hotel Management 101. As were talking with the manager, another unsatisfied customer was at the front desk needing a hair dryer and saying how dirty their room was. The manager agreed to bring a hair dryer, refrigerator, and clean the room. He brought the hair dryer and when he came to the room I physically showed him how dirty the room was. He SAW and miraculously found a new room for us. He did apologize over and over and the room we moved is acceptable but the entire hotel needs a lot of cleaning.”
