“I came 19 aug at 5.30 pm. My appointment was on 20 aug @11.00 am. Guy inside unload my trailer in 20 mins on 19 aug evening. God bless you brother. Really appreciate to you???? overnight parking & washrooms available. They really take care of truckers. ?”
“I came here on a Tuesday night around 7 pm and was pleasantly surprised with the fact that it wasn't too busy.
Our first stop was to get gas and any Costco that has a gas station gets automatic brownie points.
Unlike many Costco locations in Canada, we didn't struggle to find a spot to sit and eat. The place was also cleaner than most locations and staff were very friendly and responsive when we asked for assistance (e.g. when I let an employee know that the napkin dispensers were empty, he promptly came out to fill them).
We ordered a hot dog (with complimentary fountain drink), pepperoni slice, Caesar salad, chicken bake, and fruit smoothie, all of which tasted great and was at good temperature when the order was received.
The warehouse itself was also quite clean with organized and spacious aisles.
An employee collecting carts was friendly and came over to collect our cart at our car when we finished unpacking and wished us a goodnight. All on all, a great Costco run at this location.”

“Show up day early 4 pm for 8 am delivery, chek in and the guys take my paper and tell me its 3 trucks front off me and gonna by the while. After 3 h i get door and 1h later i was empty . The guy bring me the paperwork and 2 cold bottle of the water. Good job ?”
“I have delivered here twice now with 7am appointments on both. Showed up early and parked off to the side. This time, they came and knocked on my door before 6:30am and put me right in a door. Was unloaded less than 30 minutes later with paperwork in hand. Super nice guys. Thanks for the wonderful experience!”
“If anyone at the warehouse reads this...PLEASE HELP. A present for my daughter was last scanned in at UPS, East Syracuse. It hasn't moved since arriving in Syracuse on Monday. I've called all the Syracuse USP locations with a phone number, but the stores just send me to general customer service who keep telling me it's on it's way. I don't know if this is the correct warehouse but assuming/hoping the warehouse is where the package fell off the radar. Is there anyway to contact the warehouse to have them try to locate the lost package? I just need help getting it unstuck or found lost behind a shelf or something. Any help is greatly appreciated!”

“Not the first time in this warehouse! This time we arrived a few hours before the appointment and they gave us the door right away. Unloading took only 20 minutes! Fabulous! also there was a polite guy at the check in! Very convenient parking, there is overnight parking. good warehouse and good workers)”
