Several tow places did not respond to the call from our insurance company, but Bald Hill was very agreeable to helping, and went the extra mile in taking care of our truck with plastic so no more water damage would occur. The bill was initially higher than what our insurance company would cover, but they were able to negotiate with the tow company to get it down to a level that they would cover. “A really honest and trustworthy man who went out of his way to make repairs to my car. Facing over a 1000 dollar repair bill quoted by another facility, Ray said not to believe what they said. Another of his customers had just had that experience with that other facility, and was told that he needed 4 wheel bearings replaced. ( told me rear 2). No symptoms on mine, the other car just needed brake pads on drivers side rear. Ray fixed my air conditioner problem, helped me with passing state inspection and will repair muffler noise next week. Thanks for everything Ray.”
