“Everything went perfectly. Hannah went above and beyond to get us exactly what we needed at a great price. Sean was quick and helpful at pickup time. Great experience.”
“I have had 2 great experiences renting from Tom at this location. He knows how to manage difficult situations with poise and professionalism.
I made my reservation through the Enterprise app, and paid in person. Tom walked me through every step of the process and made sure I was happy throughout my rental. At drop off, I was checked out and on my way quickly.
The Enterprise app worked seamlessly with the in-branch system, which isn't always the case. My vehicle was ready, clean and in great condition when I arrived to pick it up. Even the branch itself was tidy and clean, with large windows at its storefront letting in heaps of sunlight. As smooth as the whole rental was, it wouldn't have been the same without Tom running the show. He won Enterprise a customer!”
