“Very nice for a quick wash. Brushes are very soft and free of any debris. I had no worries about it damaging any areas of my truck.I usually wash my truck at home but with all the smoke and dry weather recently I stopped by here for a wash on my way to work 1 morning. Bays were clean of debris, mud etc. Touchless wash cleaned my truck great. Not many if any water spots. Dryer was strong.I will definitely use this wash from time to time!”
“I found this place when I started working in the area and needed to have my car inspected. 10 years and 3 cars later it's still the place I choose for annual inspections and oil changes for our family vehicles. They know who you are, and keep track of if the car has been there before. Hardly ever a long wait, and very conscientious of keeping customers COVID safe (roll down vehicle windows, space out customers and keep things moving). Always nice to be offered a "bundle" with a car wash (part of the same business). Always an easy visit to do quick work on our cars.”

“My conversion Van fits in the self washing area. Only 2 problems I discovered was the foamy brush didn't have alot of soap coming out of it, and the dial selector was sloppy to get it in on the proper settings I wanted.”

“Ya know its kinda sad and poor reflection of the company when you have been a customer for over 15 years. And then get talked about behind your back the entire time your there. Made fun of and woofed at as your leaving just because you have the gall to display your personal lifestyle by wearing something as simple as a dog collar. It really shows how immature and insecure the technicians are that they have to make fun of a customer in front of every other customer in the shop at the time. I guess ill start going to Monro across the street, never had any issues and they've treated me with decency and respect.
I refuse to support any business that harasses their customers because of what they look like, or what they wear. Im sure you'll get far in life (not really).

One of the owners called me directly to apologize for the behavior of the technicians. They said they they were investigating the incident and would follow up later on. Ill update my review from 1 star to 3 for management looking into the incident and addressing it.

The owner did follow up and assure me that the matter has been resolved and offered a personal hand written apology and explanation of what they did to address the incident. More businesses need to take the time to connect with their customer and address issues as the owner did. It helps foster a sense that your a person and not just revenue. That you matter and they want you to be happy and keep coming back too their business.”
“For starters, I was greeted immediately by a service advisor, was in and out in no time and I paid $83 for an oil change on my 2017 Tacoma whereas every oil change prior was well over $100! Great overall experience.”

“Wow looks like new off the showroom floor. Kids asked what I wanted for Christmas Told them my car detailed inside and out. They did a fabulous job. Would highly recommend. With two dogs and grandkids it was pretty dirty and now wow.”
