“Have been coming here for the past few years for service on my Escape. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. What I like is making an appointment for an oil change. I have been to other dealers that have a "quick lube". I have waited over 2 hours for my quick lube. The one downfall that I would point out is the waiting area is small and dated. But Micky D's is next door so you can go over for a coffee or bite to eat while you wait.”

“Seems like everyone who works here is really, truly kind. And honest. Had a sudden car repair and they did their very best to get my car done ASAP even though they're always busy.
Then something was weird with the parking brake, I thought maybe it was due to the repair. Brought it back the next business day, they checked it out and solved it by oiling the caliper (I think it was a caliper).
It was just a fluke, apparently, nothing to do with the repair. I had had an early day and just sat there trying not to fall asleep while they were checking it out for me... and they were so nice about it. Chris, Cory, Jessica, and a few other people whose names I didn't catch.
If you need your vehicle fixed, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO.”

“If you're ever in Lockport, NY, and need car stuff done, go to Housel's. They are not the stereotypical mechanic. They're super honest, and don't try to trick you into stuff you don't need. Their pricing is extremely fair. Everyone there is really nice too. They make you feel welcome and take the time to explain things, so you're not left confused. It's like visiting friends who know a lot about cars. I can't stress it enough, they're super trustworthy and have saved me from unnecessary repairs and saved me money multiple times. They do their job right and treat everyone with respect. That's pretty rare these days. So, yeah, if your car needs some love, go to Housel's. They're awesome. I always leave feeling good about my car and my wallet. Definitely recommend them!”
