Oil Change in Lockport, NY

“Tom truly saved my Fourth of July vacation. As I was preparing to leave on a road trip, I discovered a bulge in one of my tires. I called every tire installer and West Herr dealership I could find across Western New York, but no one was able to help until I reached West Herr of Lockport.

I drove there hoping they could replace the tire before I left. Although they had the tire I needed in stock, they didn't have any same-day service appointments available. That's when I was referred to Quick Lane and met Tom.

Tom immediately understood the situation and how important it was for me to get back on the road. The initial plan was to have a tire shipped in from Rochester, which would have required me to return the following day and lose valuable vacation time. Rather than accepting that outcome, Tom went above and beyond. He arranged for the tire from the West Herr location to be delivered directly to Quick Lane, and his team had it installed in no time.

Thanks to Tom's initiative and outstanding customer service, I was back on the road within a few hours and able to enjoy my vacation as planned. Tom was an absolute pleasure to work with, and the entire Quick Lane team was fantastic. I sincerely appreciate the extra effort he made to help a customer in a stressful situation. His willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference, and I'm incredibly grateful.”

“Came in for a transmission exchange service. Went right in, explained to Jordan what I needed. Told him I had a coupon and he started the whole process and completed it in an efficient and friendly manner. Was in and out in less than a half hour. My compliments to Jordan. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the service I needed.”

“Ya know its kinda sad and poor reflection of the company when you have been a customer for over 15 years. And then get talked about behind your back the entire time your there. Made fun of and woofed at as your leaving just because you have the gall to display your personal lifestyle by wearing something as simple as a dog collar. It really shows how immature and insecure the technicians are that they have to make fun of a customer in front of every other customer in the shop at the time. I guess ill start going to Monro across the street, never had any issues and they've treated me with decency and respect.

I refuse to support any business that harasses their customers because of what they look like, or what they wear. Im sure you'll get far in life (not really).

One of the owners called me directly to apologize for the behavior of the technicians. They said they they were investigating the incident and would follow up later on. Ill update my review from 1 star to 3 for management looking into the incident and addressing it.

The owner did follow up and assure me that the matter has been resolved and offered a personal hand written apology and explanation of what they did to address the incident. More businesses need to take the time to connect with their customer and address issues as the owner did. It helps foster a sense that your a person and not just revenue. That you matter and they want you to be happy and keep coming back too their business.”

“For starters, I was greeted immediately by a service advisor, was in and out in no time and I paid $83 for an oil change on my 2017 Tacoma whereas every oil change prior was well over $100! Great overall experience.”
