Wheelchair accessibility: The pizza shop has handicap entrance, the store can be accessed threw the pizza shop.”
“Depending on who is working their food is hit or miss. When it is made properly their food is really good. The gas station part really needs updating to the building. Other than that it's convenient to where I live.”
“This Dollar General is the absolute best store in Lockport hands down. The Manager turned the entire store around for the better and the staff works so hard. They are all very friendly with good customer service. I love shopping at this location! Keep up the good work!”
“The staff at this location is both friendly and helpful. They are not intrusive and follow you around just because you look different. But if you need help it is easy to find someone.
Nice thing about this place instead of saying oh it should be on isle 10; they say oh it's on isle 10 follow me and I will take you to it.
I'd recommend this location primarily because of the people they have hired. They are all good people. And you feel good that you shopped at this location”
“Itsuncludder Isles,shelves no paper towels, a few 4 double rolls two ply toilet paper, if people would just buy products as they use to be coronavirus 19 stop hogging and accencils. Greedy”
“We really like the convience of this TOPS and the fact it is smaller and less crowded for those of us who don't like crowds.
They usually have what we want.
You do need to check expiration dates though with this store as their volume of sales is less than the Lockport Superstore and they need to do a better job themselves watching expiration dates.
Store could use some updating like they did to Wrights Corners or Lockport- Transit as this store was an old Quality Markets but this store is nicely located and the staff is usually very nice to deal with especially cashiers Christian and Joann.
With this TOPS easier to find items without spending an hour looking for it and I'm not too thrilled they took Tim Hortons out of Lockport.”
“I was in a hurry and couldn't find something and one of the corporate guys was very nice and showed me. Also, I went to cash out and the app. It wasn't working right to get to my bonus card. Giana and Jeff were very helpful. They were very understanding and respectful. Great people!”
“I cannot say enough about how well my husband and I were treated when we went to this Tops Pharmacy (S Transit in Lockport) for our COVID-19 vaccines. They were kind, efficient, calm and reassuring. When the shipment for our second shot did not come in, they kept in close contact with us. They got us our second shot on time. You are fortunate to have such a great team there! “Dollar General on Lincoln ave I've always liked to go to that one. The employees are nice. I was in there so much at one point in time that they got to know who I was. Even after 3 years, I still like that Lincoln's dollar General better then the others.”

“I have used Walmart Pharmacy for many years. Always helpful. I fill prescriptions and have had some of my flu/shingles vaccines there. Some store items have run out on shelves during the past year but I think that's the case everywhere these days.”
“I actually live down the street from here . I applied for a job so fingers crossed but several good things about this store. One : it’s always clean. Even the floor in the winter . Two all prices are displayed with out you having to look for them . Three the staff is always professional and friendly . The new remodel is incredible and really good upgrade . They participate in the marathon make it count program.”
