She has taken care of my golden for the last couple years, exclusively because they have such a rapport and he always looks fabulous when done. Cannot recommend more highly. Pricing is reasonable for the services rendered. Results and the happy attitude my dog has to come here is the proof! He's always so excited to see Hannah.

51 Canal St, LockportStaff is always pleasant. Coffee drinks are some of the best I've ever had. Way better than Starbucks in my opinion. The flavored lattes are usually a blend of seasonal flavors with some permanent flavors like lavender vanilla. So good. I'm not a coffee drinker unless the coffee is nice and smooth and at steamworks it is!
Only food are some miscellaneous pastries which are usually very good, as well as some of the best cinnamon rolls around.

There's enough seating that even when busy you never have to wait longer than 10 minutes to be seated. Menu is more varied than expected in what's essentially a bar and grill.
