Mel was so nice, easy to work with, and really went above and beyond to accommodate everything I needed. You can tell she puts a lot of care into what she does and cares for her costumers. The staff have been knowledgeable and informative about what might be good options for my puppy every time I’ve gone in to get something (food, toys, treats, supplements, whatever). I would say the prices are comparable to online or Homegoods items as well; maybe a bit more but nothing outrageous and worth it to us to support local business. Love this place!

It was refreshing to have someone walk around the store and answer a bunch of random questions that you've been curious about, that you can't seem to find any direct answers on the internet. Experience most definitely matters in so many aspects in life. And it certainly does when it comes to this Petco location.
The store was easy to navigate.The floors were clean and the rest of the staff was also attentive. It's refreshing to go to a store especially when they're so few, that understand the importance and value and impact of customer service on their customers.
Who would have thought that I learned something interesting about cat food with gravy? Good stuff!

We enjoyed the atmosphere. The beef on weck didn't disappoint!! We are going to make this an annual visit for the beef on weck and as a silent memorial to an amazing man. ?️??

Instead of brushing off my frustration, he took the time to walk me through their tap list, and his incredible enthusiasm got me super excited to branch out and try their new releases. On his recommendation, I ended up getting the new boysenberry beer, and it was absolutely fantastic. That kind of personalized customer service is rare these days—huge shoutout to Doug for making it a great experience, and I highly recommend asking for his picks if you aren't sure what to drink!

The food was hot freshly made and drinks was so good . Finding good customer service in the food industry is so hard to come by these days and this place excelled and gave me a sense of a nostalgia.
