62 Webster Street, North TonawandaI’m a restaurant manager from San Diego and happened to be on a road trip passing through North Tonawanda, NY. Even though I was on a tight schedule, I had to stop and check this restaurant out.
I only had time for a beer at thebar, which Rhace kindly recommended from a local brewery, but that brief visit was enough to leave a lasting impression. I also had a wonderful and very friendly conversation with Grace, another bartender who made me feel completely at home.
Even though they were busy, both Rhace and Grace made me feel welcomed and important. That says a lot about the kind of people they are and the culture that management has created.
I’ve been in fine dining for most of my professional life, and I can recognize when a restaurant is operated with high standards. It was clear to me that the management takes pride in what they do and that everyone on the team genuinely takes pride in being there.
What a true gem in a beautiful small town.
Thank you for your service, but more importantly, thank you for the way you made me feel. I’ll plan to have a full dinner experience next time im in town.

Every time it is cooked to perfection and so juicy. It’s a huge piece of chicken so I always make another meal out of it for lunch the next day. My husband LOVES the brisket sandwich. Also, the workers/ owners are so kind when you walk in.
