“Local store with some quaint, sometimes whimsical decorative pieces for the home. The name suggests that some items have a farmhouse look, but you will find there are items suitable for any design you may have in your home, and they have unique holiday items with fair prices. You will find vases, candle holders, and flickering candles, all having good quality. The staff is helpful and pleasant. You will always have a good shopping experience. Many of the figures on my mantle were purchased here, including the candles and the taper wreaths with snow.”
“We were looking for a wall sign that replace an old (ancient, actually) stand-up sign at our company (you know, the 1970's ones that you had in grammar school and someone would attach all of the letters). Wanting something similar - but larger - to those in hotels, I found Access Display through a Google search, and you can customize your sign to be pretty much any way you choose. I chose the size, frame color, how I wanted to hang it, etc and a frame that other companies quoted me $450+ on was just over half that, delivered! I did the ordering online, but did have a quick question after I submitted it, and called and spoke with a really nice guy. While it is unlikely we will need a sign anytime soon, if we do, we will place a second order.”
“Super nice people. Family owned. I came with a request for a new set of legs for my dining table and a picture of a designer table I liked. Leo made a sketch and discussed the details with me. I was told that I might have to wait a couple of months for the work to complete and was offered a temporary set of legs, which I gladly accepted.
Well, it only took one month and I received a beautiful Trestle, which looks just like the one I had showed Leo. I am thrilled. Thanks to everyone at Rustic Loft. You saved my summer!

“I went on July 02-2023 to purchase a bedroom set, living room set, and dining room set. The manager/owner was very respectful and patient with me he even gave me a full run down of their 3rd party financing company (which most furniture stores don’t give) which was very helpful on my end. He explained everything from how much interest they take and how long I have to pay with no interest to helping me call the finance company to adjust payment. With regard to delivery they were pretty much on point other than the fact they delivered a day after scheduled which is understandable because most companies close on July 4 so everything was backed up. I really recommend this furniture store not only for its precise quality, timing, but also for its very cheap price that will beat every furniture store in queens!!!!”
