We did a drop in, the coach was amazing really paid attention on everyone movements. People are friendly and the place is clean. A proper CrossFit place

Been going here for a few months. The trainers are all fantastic - technical, welcoming, and attentive. It is a fun environment with excellent classes. I’m part of the group now.
