“What a unique CrossFit gym!The coaches, community, programming and space are all spectacular.I love to take class here. The coaches and community are all so friendly.There's strongman programming in the workouts a couple days a week (Wednesdays and Saturdays), which is pretty different and thrilling. After a couple of weeks here, we've done work with equipment like stones, sandbags, tires, sledgehammers and kegs. Not something you expect to see everywhere!I love the space and the big garage door. When it's open for some air or the light, it's so refreshing.So thankful that Dutch Kills is in the area.”

“Orangetheory Fitness has been a life-changing experience! I've always maintained a strong workout routine whether it's been yoga, spinning or other form of exercise class, but OTF is hands-down the absolute best training for my body. After about 80 or so classes, my body has been transformed into a leaner, stronger physique and my cardiovascular endurance has vastly improved. Between the challenging classes (that vary daily) and the amazing coaches (special shout to Coach Jesse, Doug, Nick & Keslie) - I cannot recommend this location and OTF, enough. Don't walk, run to OTF LIC, and get healthy for 2024! You will not be disappointed!”

“Loving this local gym as always! The staffs are very friendly, respectful and they do treat people like family. I have physical education in bachelor of science and I keep telling myself and staffs that I'm totally impressed how personal trainers doing fantastic jobs with their clients, same intelligent and well education. They did wonderful job to ensure that everyone is happy all the times. They do deserve A plus for it. I think I'm only deaf/hard of hearing person in Queens who loves to workout a lot at this gym. A lot of people there know who I am being deaf/hard of hearing that it's easy communication with my hearing aid and they can see big smiles on my face everyday, it's because I'm 100% happy there. Not five stars, thousands of stars!! Remember, everybody loves everybody!!!!!”
