“My original review is below. However, I have turned around completely after going more. I now live two blocks away and go often. It is not as bad as I wrote based on that single experience. I was totally wrong.
Original Review: It smelled like rot and the cheese I bought had giant pieces of mold on it. Also the tomatoes were rotten. This is the worst store in Astoria. Please do not shop here.”

“YYMMY FOODDXCCHHH so many different choices to choose from and u can get food from the different “restaurants” in there on the same order. Has a lot of online orders coming in so service is a tad slow”
“Shopped at the store located in the Ravenswood neighborhood for the first time with a friend. Great sales, produce and employees. Signed up for the free delivery service to deliver at 5pm. My groceries arrived 7 minutes early. I was pleasantly surprised and when I happily tipped my delivery man, he was so thankful and polite.I'm definitely going to be shopping there again soon. Thanks Trade Fair for a stress free and easy shopping experience ???.”
“Neighborhood Supermarket located in the heart of the United States LARGEST public housing complex.Serves 96 / 6 story buildings , in the vacinty of 6 blocks.Surrounded by multiple hotels.Open daily except for certain holidays or major events.Staff may be overwhelmed at times considering the many personalities they encounter on a daily basis.Overall, for the location and the people it serves, prices are okay.Customer for over 30yrs.”
“Urban Market LIC is hands down one of the best neighborhood markets around. The store is clean, modern, and well-stocked with fresh produce, quality groceries, and hard-to-find items. The staff is welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help, which makes every visit quick and stress-free. Prices are fair, checkout is smooth, and the overall vibe feels community-focused rather than corporate. Whether you’re stopping in for one item or doing a full grocery run, Urban Market LIC consistently delivers. Highly recommended.”
“The store on LIC has always been my favorite due to its diverse selection of products from all around the globe. Their customer service has remained in efficient and very welcoming, giving a shout out to Silvia who always has a bright smile on her face.”
