“We use Sentron for almost all of our mailings. They are great to work with, do quality work, and are always upfront and realistic about timing and costs - which always exceed my expectations. Even when I have to beg for a rush job - they do their best to accommodate. They know our business and seem to understand and be flexible about working with us and the craziness of the non-profit world and I trust them with our direct mailings, event mailings, and everything in between.”

“I have had the most frustrating experience with FedEx this week. BUT I would just like to say Bridget who was working tonight was probably the most kind and helpful person ever. She was understanding, helpful and empathetic. As someone who is in customer service management I truly appreciated having someone that new how to deal with a situation with a frustrated customer. I drove over a hour to pick up and my package and wasn't there. She exhausted every option to help she was kind she even made sure to take a personal interest in resolving the issue and I showed up right before closing. She truly goes above and beyond. And I called 1800FedExgo after leaving.....that was ridiculous and pathetic the people on the phone literally put words in my mouth didn't listen to anything I said and made me want to throw my phone out the window. So yes to Bridget but FedEx do better.”

“I have to ship large boxes for work multiple times a year and have always had a great experience here. The reviews are really surprising to me because I've never found the two guys working here to be rude. They're certainly busy, but they do a good job and always provide a great thoughtful service. They're also pretty quick, usually never a line.”

“My recent experience at Staples deserves five stars. Kelly, the print and marketing associate went above and beyond for me. They are truly lucky to have such a hard-working and compassionate employee. I was in a state and frantic to get back taxes filed and even the simplest tasks were confusing me. Kelly took the time to calm me down and simplify the printing process. I will never forget her kindness.”

“Alex is always amazing—welcoming, friendly, and smiling every time you walk into the store. From the moment you enter, the atmosphere feels inviting, which is something you don’t always find these days. Customer service can be lacking in many places, so it’s truly refreshing to see Alex and the rest of the team at this UPS location consistently go above and beyond. They are always approachable, helpful, and professional. Thank you, Alex, and thank you to the entire team for your continued service to the community.”

“Carlos was an absolute delight. You really don’t come across great customer service anymore these days, especially In places like the post Office, where people are just trying to get through their day. What a pleasure it was to walk in here on a Thursday afternoon, and be greeted by such a pleasant smile and helpful demeanor. Carlos is the epitome of a someone that can truly change someone’s day around just by being kind and helpful. Someone that goes above and beyond, just because. Truly one-of-a-kind and I hope to see Carlos again soon. Thank you Carlos for being one of those people that restores my faith in humanity!”

“I definitely had to take the time to write a review because I feel that it's well deserved. I was trying to ship my father a pair of winter boots for Christmas and had first gone to UPS who quoted me $45 to send them to Texas. Considering I had paid a little over $60 for them, I didn't want to spend that much to ship them. Bryan was phenomenal in helping to make the shipping cost slightly more affordable. I still had to pay $30 but his generosity made the price seem more manageable. I just really wanted to get the boots to him since they didn't come in time while he was still living in Massachusetts. Bryan definitely made one headache more tolerable. Thank you.”

“I was a bit hesitant after reading about Kelly. I just went there this afternoon. Kelly was not only friendly and helpful, she was totally patient and knew her job. They say when someone complains and doesn’t back up their complaint with validity, it’s usually the complainer that that is at fault. Perhaps a visit to your therapist before you return to the Post Office and belittle Kelly is in order.”

11 New Karner Rd, Guilderland NY 12084
“Only had an issue at this place once around the holiday season with a woman I didn't recognize, but otherwise every experience and employee I've interacted with here is always wonderful. The lines can be long but the staff are all either super helpful, upbeat, or both which brightens my day. I wish I knew their names but there are two dudes that're always there and they truly kick ass. Thank you for your awesome customer service!”
