“Ok let me start by saying, I rent cars regularly from Enterprise and Hertz. The Lynbrook Hertz location has become my GO TO location. I'm going to be very clear here, the cars (like every car rental company and location) have their issues at times, the key for me has been the staff and their customer care. They have been IMPECABLE with their attention to detail and their problem solving mannerisms. I am OBSESSED with customer service and would not continue coming back here if it wasn't for the consistent exceeding of my expectations in an overarching way.
