Nicole went beyond the call of duty. She is a total professional and deserves a raise. It is thanks to people like Nicole that the world runs as smoothly as it does. Without caring people like her, there would be even more chaos than exists at present. Bravo, Nicole!

Got stuck in Chicago Ohare airport and the only car rental service who would allow us a 1-way rental back to New York was Hertz. All of their staff both in person and over the phone were amazing. I highly recommend Hertz for all your car rental needs. They really rise above the rest. 5 ☆'s. Thank you for everything
