“I rented a Jeep Wagoner L. The vehicle was beautiful but I ran into some issues. 2 hours stuck on the road, 2 hours at the tow place. A lot of communication. At the end of the day Enterprise did the right thing. They refunded me for the towing which was $535! And they dropped the fee for the vehicle. It restores faith, shows just how reputable this company is.”
