Finally, we went back yesterday, purchased a tempopedic mattress with Sofia Once again she went over the mattress features, etc with patience and interest in us. They are invested in their products which are amazing and well built. If a leg comes loose or even accidentally breaks or a seat loosens with usual wear and tear, they are happy to fix it for you at no charge to you. Customer service is the key to any business and theirs is tops in my mind. The owner Leo together with his staff who always seem to be family run a consumer, friendly business, and I continue to highly recommend them.”
