“We got my engagement and wedding bands here. We had gone to 3 other stores before we went to Zales looking at engagement rings. When I saw the ring in the display I wasn't sure if I like it. The lady helping us told me to try it on since rings can look different on. As soon as I put the engagement ring on I knew it was the one! She also helped us find wedding bands to match the ring. I ended up getting two bands to go on either side of the ring and then sautered all of the rings together. Everyone is always so helpful and kind at the store!”

“I've been here several times when I visited the Eastview Mall. They have large variety of clothing selections as well as shoes at cheap prices. I liked their shoes, especially. Pretty large store so you will be able to see this at one sight when you walk around the mall. Decent store to check out and they have good Returns policy as well. And the staff are all nice and helpful. Overall, good shopping experience in here and I think I would check here out again when I visit the mall.”
“My husband and I came to the store to repair and replace a 3 stone diamond ring my husband bought me first our 25 anniversary.....we wanted to put the diamond from my first ring on the same band and add a small diamond to offset it. After suggestions from Michelle a beautiful simple design was decided. After a few days I very much regretted not having my original ring and diamond..... my sweet husband called Michelle and arranged for my original band to be saved and he was going to select another diamond for it....... very long sweet story short...... because of Kay Jewelers and Michelle and other staff..... their patience and personal care ..... and hearts ...for their customers .... we had a very special experience and two beautiful diamond rings that are very sentimental and will be a treasure always.”

“My engagement ring was to big and had a stone missing, went there to get a quote. $75 bucks couldn't pass that up! The guy was very kind and very very communicative! More of my stones fell out while he was cleaning it due to the the resizing, the man fixed it right away! Couldn't be happier with the way my ring turned out, and the customer service was top tier, will be returning if anything else happens!!”
