I showed him a picture of a Fender Vintera II in Lake Placid Blue, and he offered me about 15% more than 4 other shops! I've since bought and sold numerous items with Louie and have never felt that I was on the losing end of any deal we made. If you're looking for an HONEST shop that won't try to shake you down, then this is the place.”

“I have lived in Yorktown for 30 years and have only purchased appliances from Atlantic Appliance. I recently bought appliances from Home Depot and upon delivery I was told that I needed an electrician and a plumber, even though I already paid them for installation. I refused the delivery and repurchased the appliances from Atlantic Appliance for basically the same price. The delivery and installation was professional and hassle free, no plumber or electrician needed. Tony in installation is the best!!!! Fran in sales is very knowledgeable and helpful, she is a true expert in her field. I even had a problem with the size of the refrigerator that I chose because of my cabinets and they exchanged it 4 days later without a problem. They truly believe in customer satisfaction.. I highly recommended Atlantic Appliance.”

“Charles and Juan were absolutely awesome helping me set up my new phone and transfer all of my data as well as trouble shooting and RESOLVING my daughter's technical phone issues. We had spent well over an hour on the phone with T-mobile this week with very little success. When you call it's scripted and hard to understand people who don't really know how to trouble shoot issues. This in store visit at the JV Mall was the most productive and best in store experience with TMobile ever as the last visit there was chaotic and poor. Hope T-Mobile keeps improving their talent by hiring knowledgeable, professional personnel who are very helpful team players like Charles and Juan! I was grateful for their problem solving skills!!”
“Recently my Wife's Laptop had an issue with malware, so we took it to the Geek Squad at Best Buy. A Salesman named Gabe helped us and was able to trouble shoot the problem in literally seconds. We did need to leave it but had it back within 48 hours. Gabe was very Professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything to us in an easy-to-understand way for those, such as us that are not completely up to speed on today's fast-moving technology. Gabe was also very respectful and a good listener, a truly talented Salesman. We greatly appreciated his help. I would highly recommend the Geek Squad for any computer repairs you may need.”
