“Amazingly helpful thank goodness Frazier’s is here, the opposite of going to a big box store. They are helpful and actually show concern and try to find a solution.”

“I've ordered from Tool Nut twice, and was very happy with their pricing and shipping. Everything arrived promptly and in excellent condition. The prices were competitive with other major online retailers, and the sale prices were great. I would order from Tool Nut again.”

“Fabulous selection of hardware and lumber!. You get a 'pulse' to help you here, unlike the big box nightmares in Yorktown and Cortlandt Manor. Highly recommend this store, as civilized alternative to getting lost in the shuffle at HD”

“Had a great experience ordering a new Napoleon bbq from this wonderful establishment. From start to delivery, Dan, Rob, John & Jimmy were professional, knowledgeable and so pleasant to work with. Highly recommend for all your bbq and patio needs!”

“Everyone is so nice and helpful. You can find everything you need here. This is what a hardware store should be not aisle after aisle of big box stores useless stuff. I find things here that you can't find anywhere else. As an added incentive to come here they take care of a family of cats who are allowed to come and go as they please.?”

“The store is really good. I guess the fact that it's brand new means that they have more things than others. The people who work there are very helpful and go out of their way to make sure they can help you. As somebody who has worked in retail, it shows that everyone works together and is customer-oriented. So many stores today barely acknowledge your existence but this is not one of them. 5 stars!”

“My experience with King Lumber has been nothing but positive. Vinny not only quoted the most competitive pricing for my custom windows and doors, he is also very responsive and professional, which definitely helped reducing the renovation stress! Highly recommend.”

“Special thanks to this winning team from Lowe's in Yorktown Heights, NY (Dasha, Erik & Sean) . I just purchased flooring for MBV2 in Lagrangeville as part of our Dutchess County Grant project. They made it possible for us to stretch the value out of our grant. Phase one, 2400 sq. feet of flooring will be delivered for installation. ❤️ Please take the time to complete the store reviews when shopping. It makes such a difference when employees work so hard. My review - It is my pleasure to take the time to complete this survey this evening. The staff you have employed at this Lowes location from Sean the Manager to Dasha in Customer Service and Erik on the floor were beyond exemplary. As the Founder/Director of a Westchester based nonprofit that furnishes homes for the homeless veterans housed in NYS value and an exceptional product is so important. I decided to take a trip to Lowe's to look at the flooring needed for our new warehouse. We needed stock that was reasonably priced, durable and within our budget. Immediately on the floor Erik offered me assistance. He was able to pop into his handheld device the exact amount of stock I would need for the flooring. After speaking with the store Manager Sean who has made it known in the community how much Lowe's values our nation's First Responders and Veterans, we made the purchase that was completed by Dasha in Customer Service. Talk about a winning team. Dasha immediately processed an order that I have no doubt will be delivered to our warehouse with ease. On Memorial Day weekend, so many celebrate the holiday season, but I know Lowe's honors those that serve and remembers the true meaning of this holiday. By helping our organization, you have ensured that homeless veterans in your community will have furniture stored in a warehouse that is cleaned and tidy. Thank you sincerely for supporting us at My Brother Vinny. Paula Miritello Founder/Director. www.MyBrotherVinny.org”

“Had the pleasure of meeting Cathy today at Katonah Architectural Hardware. My Mom was looking for door pulls for her bifold doors. The showroom is stunning! They have an incredible selection of all kinds of hardware for doors, cabinets, drawers, etc. Cathy has the patience of a saint! My Mom is particular and Cathy could not have been kindier and more helpful to my Mom. Services are by appointment only and it is easy to understand why. The attention that is given to you is 5 star! Thank you, Cathy for all your help! It was real pleasure meeting you and doing business with you. Katonah Architectural Hardware is very lucky to have you. You are indeed an asset to their business. All the best!”

“Brewster Home Depot; is there a better group of people working a DIY box store anywhere? HELL NO! They do their very best, and people still write poor reviews. To the people who write positive reviews about BHD, I applaud you! To those of you that have posted negative reviews about BHD I say put on an orange apron and see how easy it is to deal with someone like... YOURSELF!”

“Very clean and well organized store. One improvement would be to be a bit more proactive about ensuring items are stocked. There are a lot of empty space and empty shelves in the garden area. Additionally when products go out of stock, they tend to be out of stock for a while forcing people to visit competitor stores or travel to other lowes locations.”

“I have had many issues with Home Depot, however this time was one of the best. I want to give a shout out to the manager, Rob. I was in twice trying to get a turf carpet for my daughter, both times no one was there in carpeting to help me. The 2nd time, Rob, the manager, gave me his card and told me to email him exactly what I needed and he would have it delivered the next day (which was her birthday). The order came at noon and the perfect time, as the birthday girl was very surprised. Thank you”
