“Quality was very good. Noticed after I picked it up that they were a little sloppy taping some molding, otherwise I’m happy. Very friendly staff. My job was quoted at 2, maybe 3 days, in the shop, but turned into 6 working days. No courtesy calls to let me know of delays, I had to call and inquire every day. They did call when it was ready.”

Then he was very friendly when after an hour I also asked if he could check my battery. Thank God he did! I found out on the last day of my NEW car warranty that the alternator and battery were failing one another. Made an appointment right then at Honda. “First off. I never knew about this place untill about a year ago. Now I dont go anywhere else. Patrick, the guy behind the counter, so extremely helpful and courteous. Yes prices might be a bit higher then online, but if you need to return something or exchange, absolutely no problem. you don't have to go through the hassle of trying to ship something back that you bought off online or pay for shipping etc.. they always carry the best quality parts, and 99% of the time they always have the part I'm looking for. Why go to the big parts store where they just treat you like a customer, auto plus treats you like family! So if you're looking for a new part store, highly recommend this place.”

Hes pretty knowledge in vehicles - I been to a couple of other auto places and I have been avoiding them lately due to the fact that there people don't know their stuff. A knowledge car person in a parts store is important witch is a plus caz I'm a typical woman Mechanic that can't always name the part I am looking for but after I explain he is great and 99 percent of the time he dont have a problem getting me the part I need. I usually spend cash there- Easy cash out.”

“You can park right in front of the building or in the parking lot at the garage next door but only if you get there after hours. They will come wake you up at 7-7:30 am to start unloading you. They don't have docks so they will use 5 men,a hand jack and a fork lift to unload you. It takes about 30 minutes to unload. So go enjoy a Dunkin Doughnuts Coffee 2 buildings down you can walkThe store is just opening up. It may say a different name on the building. But the picture on Google is accurate that's how it looks. The police won't bother you. There is no other place close to park. Not even a truck stop.”
