They had it replaced and returned to me within 10 minutes and even told me they covered it. “Went for an oil change for my son's car last Saturday! My son said it was overfilled with oil and smelled oil! Took the car back,and told them the problem they looked at it made sure everything was okay! They were super , rechecked the car put it on the lift! Took my son out to look at what was done! Bottom line they were top shelf, customer service was phenomenal Jake and the two mechanics were very efficient and cordial! Also as a woman I didn't feel they were taking me for a ride! Good jobs! “Trish was amazing. I walked into the shop at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon after recently purchased a used car that needed brakes immediately. She took the time to explain the work that needed to be done and the cost associated with. She had compassion and empathy for my situation and worked with me to get my vehicle in a safe condition. Before I left she personally checked the tire pressure and made sure they were to spec. She did all this without batting an eye that is was late on a Friday afternoon or that I was frazzled with my situation. I wish I could give her and her team more stars. Great customer service and overall experience.”

It’s the most organized shop I’ve ever seen; took my Porsche 911 there to have them put new sensors in my BBS wheels (they have a very high end tire machine) Scott fixed my problem and charged me a very fair price! I have 7 vehicles (mostly work on myself) and this is my first time here; I will ? be back! Highly recommend! (From a car enthusiast)”

Just call them, and drop off your car. We just had a surprise flat on a front tire, and they had it back to us later the SAME DAY. Don't waste your time elsewhere. THIS PLACE IS THE BEST !!!”
“I had come down from Schroon Lake to do some shopping and my tire pressure light came on. I went to put air in and the one tire wouldn’t take air.
I googled tire centers and BJ’s had good reviews and wasn’t far away.
Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Even when I wasn’t in the greatest of moods.
Crew in back were also friendly. They diagnosed the problem quickly - a screw in the tire.
Patched and ready to go in about 30 minutes. Price was more than reasonable.

“Ryan is the best! He kept me in the loop during my whole visit and explained that what was causing the noise in my vehicle was a defective part that was recently installed elsewhere and didn't even charge me a diagnosis fee, just explained how defective parts can be exchanged from suppliers at no cost so I am now able to get it fixed at the original garage for free. Great service, would definitely recommend if you are looking for an honest local shop.”
“Got myself into a bit of a pickle with my car a few weeks back and Matt’s was called to the scene. I wish I could give more stars! They were so incredibly kind and respectful. From the people I spoke with on the phone to their tow truck drivers, they are an excellent team! Great customer service. More specifically Dan, Mike, and Joey! I don’t have the nicest car however, they were SO gentle with it and treated it as if it were a luxury vehicle.

“Was staying at a hotel in Malta for a weekend at the track in Saratoga, checked out of the hotel this morning and when I got to my car one of my tires was completely flat. Called Monro Auto because they were close by and they were able to get me an appointment very quickly and gave me a great deal on a new tire. Cost of Installation was also very reasonable and they had me out of there so quickly, even though they were clearly busy. Can’t thank them enough for getting me out of a tough situation when I was far from home!”
