“This is a small local gym, which is the main reason I like it. It has 2 floors. The upstairs with treadmills, elliptical machines, bicycles, gym equipment, and a room used for zumba and other classes. Downstairs, there are more free weights, workout out machines, a room for HIT circuit training class, and another area for spin class. I would prefer if they add another HIT class earlier in the day like 5pm, the ones offered during the week start at 7pm which is a bit late for me but they also have HIT on Sunday mornings. They have personal trainers, which is pretty good. I use Justo, he's great, motivating, and very personable. Most importantly I like that the gym is clean and has good air-conditioning which is extremely important!! They employ a young man named Joe who has special needs and does a fantastic job keeping the gym clean! I really have to mention how important it is for a business to be all-inclusive in the community they serve. Neurodiversity in the workplace is key to promoting awareness around the value that special needs individuals bring to the table. I also see gym members with special needs working out and maintaining a healthy workout routine. Kudos to the owner Michael Hobbs for tapping into this population of hard-working individuals. It's great to be greeted by Joe whenever I see him Sunday mornings before my class. This gym is really a nice place and although there's other gyms in the area I will continue to recommend them for all the reasons I explained above :)”

“I am part of their "little back dress" challenge and I'm loving it! The amount of support I receive from the coaches and members is incredible. Their support motivates me to keep giving my all to make them all proud. Being part of the challenge also comes with lots of perks, some of my favorite are the free cavitation sessions, personal training sessions, and a private ig chat with the other members. “Took classes with Lyn! She's amazing, you'll definitely have an amazing time and leave feeling really good. She makes sure that every student, no matter the level, is cratered to and getting the hang of things. If you don't get out much, Tuesday nights will give you all of the vibes at vibez! “Recently came out to this location after taking class with Adib at another location! He always keeps you hyped, engaged and motivated. His classes are top notch and he helps everyone. Adib is one of the reasons why I have kept up with BBB. It is important to have a trainer that loves what they do and is able to keep you inspired and is encouraging to help you get the best workout you can. “My close friend told me to try this gym when I wanted to start my fitness journey. I had my first class with Carlos and I never went back to Planet fitness again. The vibes of this gym is amazing. You come here to work and lose that weight and that is something I needed. When you go to regular gym you have to motivate yourself and you have to wait for machines and other issues. At this gym, the trainers guide you throughout the whole class. They do a full body workout which is good so you get in full shape. I have had classes with all the trainers and had a great experience each time. I love Salim, Carlos, Kristen, Chanthall, Jonathan and Adib. They are absolutely the best and keep me motivated in my journey in losing my weight. Before BBB, I couldn't do burpees, I couldn't run laps, I couldn't do mountain climbers and I was so out of shape. Now, I am still in my journey but so much stronger than I ever been. I love going to this gym because it is a community and it is the happiest I ever been.”

“Sounds cheesy but OTF really has changed my life. I’ve been a member for about a year now. I definitely have some favorite coaches but truly every class I attend, the coaches look out for everyone, modify exercises and always ask if I’m ok with x modification because I’m expecting. The coaches go through form and which muscles to target, they’re all extremely motivating and respectful.This review is for CP, GCP, and NHP, they all run so efficiently and are always so clean. “I enjoyed a complimentary trial class in East Meadow. Salesperson was professional and gave me a lot of information and details of the workout and how the fees work. The instructor was good, went a little fast for me but maybe it was also because it's my first time!I will go back for another class and decide which package to take. “Clean and a decent sized fitness area. I like how you can go at your own pace since everyone is at a different level. Pricing is decent especially for someone who just wants to burn calories quickly and get out. I don't feel like the class has a personalized approach but will do for a quick gym session. Fave coaches are Robyn, Grace and Lorraine. I definitely feel like they are more attentive. The only thing I wish they had was a full body mirror (in the weight area so i could see my movements better during the workouts). Overall, they have great times that work for my schedule. If you can survive being on the treadmill for 20-30mins (they have some bikes available), this workout would fit your needs.”

“Dropped in from Virginia Beach for a few days over the holidays. Tom and Carlo were extremely accommodating, and have a ton of classes throughout the day to choose from. I travel quite a bit for work, and have dropped in to a lot of CrossFit gyms. That said, I really enjoyed their style of warming up and programming. Plenty of space and great group of folks.”
