They were truly incredible!”
“I visited Suit Man for the first time this afternoon and have already told five other people about it. This was one of the best menswear buying experiences I've ever had. When I walked in, Jared came right over and greeted me - I told him what I needed in 2 separate men's button downs, and he provided tons of options and suggestions for styling the fit. It was such an awesome experience - thoughtful, high-touch, but not pushy or stuffy. Love this store, will be back, definitely go and experience it for yourself because you will be a believer once you walk out!”

“We bought a jacket for my 5yr old 13 months ago. He’s 5 and wore it to death last winter and the beginning of this winter. The zipper was always a little hard to use. It stopped zipping. I was frustrated every time I zipped it up. My son couldn’t do it at all. I knew it was out of warranty so I called customer service. They said they could repair it but it would take 8 WEEKS! Dag. Can’t do that. They said to take it to my local store and ask to exchange or return it even though it’s out of warranty. Ok? Sure. So I went to the Yonkers store. They saw the jacket and how beat up it was. Of course they were hesitant to exchange or return it. I would be too. Najib, the manager on duty came and helped my wife. Even though he was hesitant (reasonably so, my kid isn’t easy on his clothing), Najib let us exchange it. I’m writing this review to show how good a company LL Bean is and how well they handle the grey areas of retail. He could have sent us on our way but he was calm, cool and really helped us out. I’m not a jerk who takes advantage of return policies like so many people do. It’s those folks who ruin it for the rest of us. The fellows at the Yonkers store were solid. Id happily have them on my staff and the Bean should be proud to have them at the Yonkers store helping families like mine sort through tough aspects of the retail relationship. Shop here. They’re good people.”

But , after weeks of tuning in to her Wednesday evening live stream, I quickly realized that she is also a super chic , and a talented stylist! ! She shares with her followers all things current and hard to find pieces!
The best part is that Lisa and her ‘Mr. X’ ( her partner ) who never appears on camera
Keep a cute banter going throughout the stream.. Lisa will stop and read comments while she is live ,and answers a question or a funny comment ?

Specifically, they gift wrapped the order beautifully, included a congratulatory gift tag note, and sent a hand written note from the person who put the order together. Above and beyond. “I had one of the most memorable customer service experiences this past Sunday while shopping at your store on White Plains. I was unable to locate my coupon in my bag upon reaching the cashier, I could not locate the coupon in my email. Frustrated, I left the items and decided to leave the store and perhaps return another time. As I was at the door making one last check in my email, another cashier, whose name I learnt to be Mia, with the brightest smile, beckoned to me and said she would honour my purchase with a coupon. She was genuinely pleasant right through the check-out experience. I will return to that store just because of her. Old Navy you have a gem in this employee. Bottom line is that mia didn’t have to. I was three steps away from the door, but she ensured that I left the store happy and satisfied. I am indeed grateful and please let her know she is valued.”

I came here to rent a suit in a pinch and found the staff here to be very helpful and friendly. While I'm told they usually do tuxedos and other wedding related rentals, they were able to set me up with a three piece suit at a very reasonable price that worked nicely for the occasion. I was very happy with with they gave me and I'd highly recommend giving this local business your patronage.”
